I spent £500 on a giant mystery box of customer returns! If you return your amazon packages the sometimes go to auction where I can buy them and see what you bought !!

I work in an electronic store, I do customer service. So when you yelled "they lied! they broke it!! they completely lied, its not bad quality, they broke it!!" I felt at right home... :D

I feel that even if the toys are broken, it's still a cool robot and a kid that doesn't have many toys will probably still like it, so I would have donated it anyway. Just a single toy can help a kid with so many things, working or not working. :)
I agree. Many of the children from Ukraine have no toys and might love the robots.
Honestly I'm a preschool teacher. If you donated all three to a kindy class you would rock their world 🌎 also no squabbles coz there's three lol. If kids don't know it is ment to 'go' they use their imagination. Wonderful gift. X

My coffee machine did the drip situation, it's not broken its just the tiny nozzle gets clogged up over time if not cleaned properly, use a sewing needle, push it into the tiny hole twist it about a bit, run the hot water through it again, and watch the junk come out, and the flow return to normal :)

With the coffee machines they may need descaling as mine used to do that when it needed cleaning.

I think the coffee machines may work if they had a pod in them. I think they're not meant to work without one? Not 100% though

Glad to see you’re doing better! I think this video is showing that in the UK we generally don’t send stuff back to Amazon unless it’s actually broken 😹 Maybe a John Lewis box would be a bit more successful!

We have a coffee machine like the one you tried but a different model and they don’t “work” unless you have a pod in them! Idk why but you can’t just run water through them so maybe they work?
Hello from California! I was fascinated my those coffee makers. I love the designs, very unique. You said they were about £30.00 which is about $39.00 here in the U.S.. I was curious for how much they cost also, I looked up online, same two you have and they go for a lot more, and the prices differ from where to buy these coffee makers, for pods. More like $65.00 up too $377.00! Some are sold in our big box stores, Walmart, Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, or finer department stores or from Amazon. I didn’t see any that were sold for $39.00 (£30.)… that would be great if it was that price! I need to buy a load of returned merchandise from Amazon! Lol. What do you do with the merchandise that is damaged or broken or do you keep anything for yourself? Yes, my first time watching your video! 😁

Take the ring light to your local cell phone or electronics repair shop. Fixing the broken wire is pretty easy and it looks like a neat unit. They may be able to recommend someone to fix the robots too or ask a local school if they want them for some of the students to work on. Getting practical experience fixing electronics would be great.

Hi Jazzy, just a thought but did you try different batteries in the robots? Maybe the batteries are dead and the robots are actually ok? Love your videos xx
for the black coffee machine -> there's supposed to be something at the top - a lid of some sorts - and there's a sort of coffee capsule needed to put on it!! they sell them on amazon or even asda , tesco or sainsbury >:)
You could fix the wire real easy for the "Studio Creator". There are video's out there that show you how. Its pretty easy. Just need to put the wires together & use a piece of plastic/rubber type(can find name in video's that tell how to fix), then heat that wrap & it shrivels up around the wires. Might need to put some electrical tape to hold the wires together before putting that shrink/heat wrap thing on though.

Could you fix the ring light cord with like a splice connector thing? I've done that on lamp cords, but don't know if they are similar.
Here in the states, we have recycling centers and they usually have a recycling section for broken electronics maybe it's the same way where you are too.

Ringlight is probably an easy fix, just needs the wire re-connected. It would require opening the light and some soldering. Perhaps not really your thing. You could put the broken electronics online advertised as suchs, some people like to tinker with stuff like that (like MyMateVince) and give these things a second life. Often it's just a bad connection or something that came lose during transport or handling.
The coffee machines might needs descaling. Mine has a cleaning disc you can put in it x

The coffee machines will have a pokey stick u could try using that n cleaning the main piercer nozzle it may or may not work but thought I'd share

Can get a cable block/connecter, they are easy to fit
You can splice the wire on the ring light (expose wire on both sides) and use a fuse block to attach them together, simple!

Simple fixes for a few items. Duck tape on the end of that ball gun toy. And just a bit of snip and rewire fix on that ring light. (if you know what you're doing lol) ❤️

I've seen alot of youtubers buy the returns pallets and their is a good selection of items in this one but obviously you never know what your going to get so it's like a lucky dip, I absolutely love the black handbag, would I be able to buy it from you if you still have it?

I hope you keep some things for yourself! The cutting board was a great idea, as was the oil sprayer. (Trudeau is a Canadian company based in Quebec. They make good quality kitchen items) The toys I would say donate to a daycare or kindergarten class. kids will still play with them.
The first coffee machine you tried, because you turned it on and it didn't have the water container in properly, the pump sucked air in. Sometimes when that happens, it can result in blockages into the pump, filter or the tiny things that the water goes through and it can stop working. It happened to me. Fortunately, I had a friend that knows his way around electronics and he fixed it for me
Ahh that pump bottle is like deodorants that came out in the 90s. :)
