- This time we are in the wilderness of southern Thailand catching Mangrove Snakes ( Boiga dendrophila ), and a Red Tailed Rat Snake ( Gonyosoma oxycephalum ), and we also encounter a variety of other amazing wildlife in these unique environments. And as promised, I receive a snake bite. The bite looks bad, but is it venomous? Watch the video to find out ;)

Yeah I'd probably bite someone if they grabbed me out my house while I'm chilling....
This channel should million subscribers...this actual talent is underrated
Yes
Yes really
I love how the snake stares him down after releasing, he even kinked his neck like he’s loco.
Love what you do, so informative! Your dedication for these fascinating and elegant animals is very impressive. Thanks for posting these videos
Oh my god I'm so glad you're okay!!!! Big supporter here, you've always got a viewer with me man!!!!
Lilli _ann thank you so much Lilli!

Love from South America ❤️
Mallory Jaylon thanks once again Mallory, the support these vids have been getting recently is overwhelming and I’m very grateful for that 🙏🙏
I get nervous every time I watch your videos Please don’t temp fate
@@DAVIDSFEED Mangroves are gorgeous snakes. A retile channel I follow, A guy named Brian Barczyk built an awesome reptarium in Michigan, he got some mangroves for it, His wife REFUSED to let him get rattlers, cobras etc. But he did travel a lot, came in contact with numerous danger noodles, and some people would bring their danger noodles to the reptarium for him to showcase on his channel. May he rest in peace, he passed almost 5 months ago from a rough battle with pancreatic cancer.
Massive snakes!! Was waiting for this one after seeing them in your intro so many times!
That was awesome, I am so glad I got to see this! Keep it up, guy.
Snake trying to chew arm off. David let's it continue until he gets his selfie for the gram lol.
Guns, Gadgets & Guitars gotta get those Instagram stories!! Hahaha
The crazy thing is this guy seems to always get bit by snakes and I watch a lot of these snake-handlers but this one always seems to get big maybe he needs to take some game from Chandler that m*********** right there in my dude
Mandy Waller Chandler isn’t Tyler..
Wow that was awesome and love seeing the snakes in their natural settings. Thanks for the video and be safe.
Enjoy it will you can this dude is not going to live long!
The way that snake just stared at you after he let go was amazing
Great video! Many people have no idea how you have to “read” a snake to be able to handle it. It was interesting to me that I could immediately tell the difference in how you handle venomous as opposed to non. I love the channels that have GOOD handlers because I’ve learned so much. I’ve even been able to start recognizing who’s good at it, who has that calm energy and who is just “fronting” their abilities.
Lori W reading and understanding their behavior is important in this game. That Red-tailed Racer did bite me, but only because I was aware that it poses no danger and was handling it in a way I wouldn’t have if it were dangerous.
DAVIDSFEED Absolutely. The way you handle venomous vs. non venomous is different. I love your channel and love learning about reptiles, especially snakes. They’re gorgeous and one of the most important animals when it comes to the control and homeostasis of our planet. Thanks!
Excellent, another incredible morning-
A new Davidsfeed and a delivery containing my new tricolor hognose!!! I am riddled with excitement 🤘
Irie Rogue awesome! Thanks for watching, as usual :)

Mangroves are quite awesome. Keep the videos coming man, your contents are awesome.
Franco Snarf thanks! I plan to make many more videos like these :)
@@DAVIDSFEED That's awesome man keep it up, it really helps a lot of people knowing certain kinds of species of snakes in the wild, that's a truly big help for alot of people. I Salute you man.
Mg wish your vids were longer.....I have anxiety and your so calming and laid back....I think that's why you do so well with snakes....calm and confident...but it's so calming for me to watch you.....can you do a video tour of all you venomous snakes?
Loving the new video my man

11:36 - "I want to get an Instagram photo of him biting me though." While getting clenched by a Red-Tailed Racer in a river in a southern Thailand jungle, in a raft, with a skittish friend who says, "it looks very nice on camera." Lovely!
I love red tailed green rat snakes gorgeous blue tongue ! Beautiful display snake !
You are awsome David love your videos
lars christian thank you for watching them :)
Been keeping hots 35 years, you young boys like to show off too much, see how your hands work in another 20 years. Not critiquing just a word of caution, a second of concentration loss or complacency can cost . Best of luck and good health.
I also keep hots, and I think he needs to focus more on the reptile than the camera, he’s just too nonchalant about handling wild snakes, especially this one that everyone know has an attitude.
In 18 years I’ve never been tagged, that’s because you have to respect the animal and understand it’s behavior.
What does hots stand for?
Wes s, hots=venomous
what do you mean about the hands?
@@HarryPotter-yh3sm Hands, it’s a hobby where every one knows someone who’s hands don’t look as they once did. Snake complacency can be deadly. And definitely the hands get the most accidental bites.
I absolutely love your channel. The content is very informative you know so much about these beautiful animals and is a real joy to watch. You should be a feature for discovery channel or something very cool. 🐍
Hey... Great video... guys as always.. Hi... David Frohlich ! for how long you've been handling snakes ? You are one of the best people in handling snakes, for sure, you are expert in snakes body language that's why you are good at... keep doing mate... be safe
Marcelo Torres I started when I was 8 years old.
The confidence & calmness while handling snakes is just mind blowing........Snake bites you & thats themoment for Instagram.....U Kidding me!!!!
14:40 Go for the neck! Go for the neck! Become the first "vampire snake"!
Incredible knowledge and handling brother! Wow!
Yes, Little Cormorant... Great vid as usual.
Brian Hewitt thanks for the confirmation Brian. I thought that’s what it was but was far from certain. I really suck at identifying birds 😂
Those Mangrove Snakes are so cool!
Wakefield Wildlife I agree, one of the coolest colubrids.
i love your video!
Pume Disappears thank you! 🙏
Thank you so much! This video is really awesome 😍👍
Take care guys
Btw Rupert's voice is perfect for the announcements and comments in between. Just like a professional voice 😉
Peter Pan thanks! I agree, Rupert adds great value to the quality and enjoyment these videos bring.
Hey that. Racer was mad! It's great to see people interacting with snakes, fascinating complex animals!
Hey I love your videos! THX
menard Axell thanks! You’re welcome!
You and Dingo spend a lot of your time in close contact and manually handling venomous snakes. Don't be surprised when you get bit.
Yip. Had to laugh when I read a comment on another video when someone said they didn't expect the handler to get bit. It's not rocket science. You free handle a snake & chances are, sooner or later, you'll get bit.
That was a giant mangrove!! It looked like the images from the intro. Very nice I really like the cat eyes.
Reptiles & Rodents yup, part of this episode is used in the intro.
That melanota is stunning. I absolutely love mine,, got a few mangrove snakes from different locations now! good times. Just found your videos. Good watch! :)
That racer is just beautiful!
Oh I love mangroves but they’re all so bitey ugh! I’m so old that all I ever got to play with were wild caught ... then you prayed you got gravid females! And they were still bitey being captive raised !
Steve Dingman they sure are one of the more defensive species.
Wow great vídeo!! 😀😀
Erick Estrada thanks!!!
Not the last time you’ll be bitten.
joshua hymer for sure not! Haha!
bitten by a snake and stayed 101 percent calm, youre the most badass man ive seen! subscribed.
I like your program..especially adventure with the snakes
David...please come to Indonesia and you can explore a lot of our forest and rivers.
Hatta Zulkarnain I have been to Indonesia before, one day I will return for sure!
@@DAVIDSFEED Really!!! I don't know about that, yeah I wish you could come back in Indonesia. Honestly, you've had a lot of fangirls in here, dude.
Great video David! Was this in Khao Sok? I've been down that river and saw tons of Mangrove's. Never saw any racers though. Beautiful animals!
You deserve an award I mean something big!! You are so blessed with the gift you have allowing others to enjoy the snakes!!
Kevin Rollman thank you so much! I don’t think I’m deserving of any award though, I’m just a random dude!
Really .. amazing..
that's super cool bro
Love the way u handle them. Quite Impressive
Hey! That wasp nest looks like a rose! That bite looks sore! Glad it wasn't venomous!
Jenn Dob that was neat was HUGE! It really doesn’t show on camera, but it was easily the size of a small child.
mangrove snakes are rear-fanged venomous.
David. What country do you call home?
I typically follow Brian Barczyk for reptile videos cause he is confident in his information and makes the video enjoyable.
Can't stand the guy Wild Charles goes to cause he sounds like he has no idea what he's talking about.
Watched two videos of yours so far and honestly glad to see someone else who's confident in their information and makes a video worth watching. Definitely subscribing
Congratulations 🎉🐍
Another love bite. I don't think he was loving on you, lol. Cheers mate!
Jeremy staples hahaha probably you’re right 😂
That cat had you good! LOL!!!😹🐛🐍
Its a snek hehe tetehehe
What’s up David love the video
Morph Source all good! Thanks!
Awesome that you're so cool under pressure while the snake took a bite. Yes, better to wait for it to let go rather than pulling your arm cause it will rip your skin. 👍💪
Break fang off inside is worse danger.
I love your videos I have a little experience in snake handling myself You should visit the snake handling church in middelsborlo ky
I’ve been bitten at least 25 times by mangroves never had anything happen but I’ve never let them just chew on me either lol
Steve Dingman Same here. But I have seen other people get nasty reactions.
DAVIDSFEED yes I seen a teenager that had a really bad reaction... necrotic ! But localized. But those two snakes are in my top five favs ! I have a 6 year old Asian male king cobra captive bred a couple of broad banded eastern copperheads quite a few indigos mangroves and red tailed greens all but the King are breeding projects.
I let them chew on me. I like a little headache so life doesnt get too boring.
Coooool !!! gorgeous cat snake... i once caught a full adult like yours, it bit me bad that i felt dizzy after a while...
Living the dream 🤩
This guy gets bit by snakes. Me, I freak out over a centipede. 🤷♀️
I'd rather take 10 snake bites to 1 centipede lol some of those things will F you up!
Glad your ok
Ok first thing i wanna say is u my friend are unbelievably awesome and crazy..... 2nd ur like a snake therapist so calming and chill please be careful out there my dude i really enjoy watching u do ur magic its fucking epic........

Snakes on Plane (2006)
Snakes on Boat (2020)
When others people got panic by snake strike, he pull out his phone for instagram?? DUDE YOURE AMAZING SNAKE TAMER!!
KurenZai ID hahahaha gotta get everything on Instagram!🤣
Once its attached it's not going anywhere until it's ready lol. Although I used to sweat that they would semi release and then bite down again. For some reason the threat of a decent sized python doing that made me squirm.
@@DAVIDSFEED i think you should visit Indonesia and u will get a lot lot of subscriber i bet!
Oh hellz yes!
That mangrove must eat like a champ
By far my favorite snake (mangrove). I have been fortunate to have kept 3 of them during my life keeping snakes🙏🙏🙏
Amazing work. How painful was that love bite on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being most painful?
Tommy S 0/5
I notice that a lot of snakes patterns and colors strongly resemble venomous snakes.
That mangrove snake resembled the krait you found which resembled a young king cobra.
I also notice how some king snakes resemble kraits, the same way some milk snakes resemble coral snakes.
That Cormorant was REEEEEEALLY cool.
That looks like a great gator den too!
Where in Thailand was that exactly? I’d like to visit it.
That hairstyle is so cool
Dude your nuts! Fair play, your good.
David: He’s focused on my face, thats a good thing
Us:Oh no it isn’t
GETTING TAG BY REAR FANGED SNAKE IS ACTUAL GOOSBUMPS FOR ME AS IM JIST STARTING
Random question: Did you ever try to get life insurance?
Snakes should get insured with such people around
"crab eating mykaks" 😂😂😂
ChroniclesofAB that is literally what they are called. Google it.
@@DAVIDSFEED yeah i know 😂😂😂
Mangrove snakes are gorgeous.
he slithers back to his pit and says to his wife.. " today was a bit of a yawn " ...
Awesome David I love Red Tailed Racers I used to keep them years ago I never got bitten though but when I worked at Windsor Safari Park UK I did get bitten by a Macaque Monkey called Satan and had to go to the Hospital for a shot, Anyways thanks bud stay safe
Zee Kane monkeys are worse than snakes for sure 😂😂
Right I given this video a like ...
King Louis 69 thanks king!
Homie said lemme just go head and take a picture of him biting me. I'm over here like throw eeeeem THROOOOOOOWWWW EEEEEEEM!!!
Sooooo I don’t get it. I watched a different video and people were hating on this kid bad in the comments saying he’s going to fuck up there shit and he’s careless. But here’s the thing , I watch a lot of these type of videos and he does nothing different then Nolan , Chandler and all of them definitely not the same as some others who are more cautious and don’t free handle them. I think the only difference is he is very laid back about it where as the others you can kinda see there nerves . Chandler be going around the world free handling cobras in the wild , there’s just a different style or more accurate personality . Other then that no one has the right to say he’s doing it wrong , he’s a professional in his own right like all the other idiots. Nolan was careless with the cobra that tagged him and he admits it. There’s no difference here besides this kids laid back personality, stop hating. If you’re so worried about you’re license then go on everyone’s videos and talk shit because they are doing the same thing, same exact thing. Good luck kid , live you’re best life fuck everyone else. EDIT:Chandler kisses his cobra ! Completely forgot about that. So it’s okay he does this “kiss of death “ literally kissing his king cobra , but this kid receives crazy hate? Nope , it’s wrong . You can’t find that logical
Amante Della Morte 66 haters gonna hate. That’s okay though, it doesn’t bother me. Everyone deserves to share their opinion.
Great, now the monkeys know how to defeat all the cat snakes 😂
Top video
See, here you look like Leo in that movie The Beach. I bet you would pass as him in Cali 😆
Did the red-tailed-biter not have a tongue? Is that the species or just that snake?
He seemed to be opening his mouth to gauge his surroundings vs flicking his tongue.
Damn it I miss my reptiles so much. I miss my mangrove babies too🥺
Man, you need to be careful. Very famous story happend 2 years ago with russian herpetologist Arslan Valeev. He died after black mamba bite during live broadcasting.
Alexander Mishakin Arslan was a friend of mine. His suicide was incredibly sad news. May he Rest In Peace 🙏
Alexander Mishakin yep and he was just as cocky as David.
Very lucky fella pal 👍💙
guardians animal rescue/ state certified 501c3 this kid is a wannabe Steve Irwin. Doesn’t know how to handle snakes
