Wow, what an awesome current retro upgrade on a classic body style. Was hopeful that someday someone in the industry would have the balls to recreate this classic take from this classic automobile.
Wow we all have great memories of truly a super and innocent time in our lives. Born in 1940 so at a teenager with a license at 16 yrs old lived as many did at a blessed time. We couldn't wait for the new cars to come out every year. Fords Chevys Corvette thunderbird's etc etc. The best was cruising the green on Thursday nights. Dozens upon dozens of the most beautiful cars in the world with colors beyond belief. Car clubs galore. Mindboggling. Great memories to say the least.
I had a 55,59 and a 60.Great tough cars.Thick metal before 1960's.My 1960 would start to dent if anyone sat on the front fenders, but a dependable car.The 1957 two door hardtop was one of my favorites.Could be quite popular for 2025 as long as the price was kept reasonable, better to sell many rather than a few.
They start at $40,000, you can have a 4 cylinder engine or a 8 cylinder. I am getting a call on the16th of september with all the infro. Can't wait. And the guy I talk to is buying one at the dealership that I called he is so excited🤩🤗
I am so conflicted here. If this is true I will collapse. I'm only 36 but I've LOVED this model car since playing with my grandad's toy model of the one he had when I was just 7 years old. This video popping up LITERALLY made me cry. 🥹
I have owned 3 1957 Belairs over the years, a 2 door hardtop, a 2 door post and a 4 door post. Each one I modernized with power steering, power disc brakes, vintage air, 350 engines, 700r trans and firebird rear ends. All got the new digital dashboards, and new wiring harnesses. I'm too old to do another one. But they do sell well when I sell the completed. I also added American Mags to the 2 doors and sport rims to the 4 door. I like this concept. I would consider owning one.
I love the design, and the fact they brought back a classic in new skin. I would consider purchasing this car. My father had a 1957 and it brings back such found memories. Incidentally, my father traded his 1957 Chevy on a 1969 Chevrolet Caprice Classic.
We have nothing but Chevelle, C8's, Silverado, Cadillac Blackwing, and a 2SS Camaro. This might be a nice addition to our collection! I kind of hope it's for real!
My first car was a 1956 two door Bel Aire. I sure loved that car; and I miss those days. Come on Chevy, you got a buyer if you bring this car to market.
Loved the 56 Chevy especially where they hid the gas cap behind the tail light. My brother got a 4 door hardtop back in 75. ( first year for 4 door hardtop) We had a heck of a time finding that gas cap. I like the 56 best mainly because you don't see as many. Always see a lot of 55's and 57's. More of an Impala myself. Still have my 58 Impala I Bought as my first car back in 74 after American graffiti hit the theaters. 😊
My first car was a 57 wagon. Then 2 more 57’ s along the way. One we built into a gasser. It was fast. I totally love this new idea. At 70 years old I would love to own one of these beautiful works of art. Even though I know I can never afford one it does my heart good to see this iconic car returning to the market. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I LOVE vintage cars. My family's first car was a 1953 Pontiac Star Chief, the first car my oldest brother learned to drive, it was a beauty. In 1964 when the Mustang came out & I got my license I dreamed of owning one. It took me 40 years to finally get one. I bought a 40th anniversary MACH 1, shaker hood and all in RED, my favorite Mustang color. I'm now a 76 year old kid again. My most cherished possession next to my dog, LOL.
Had a '55 2 door hardtop. Loved cruising the Buffalo Thruway windows down, radio up, wind blowing thru, yes 2-55 A/C. Got a '55 Convertible for $ 80 bucks in '63. Boy wish I had them now. But had fun while I had 'em.
Great looking car. Never thought I’d ever see a car design that was in the 1950’s brought to life in 2024. Way to go GM! Now let’s have a 1940’s to 1950’s era Pickup truck.!😊

Dad bought a yellow and white 1955 Bel Aire brand new in late 1954. He died in Feb of 1955. My brother, newly married with child on the way, got the car. He drove it until the 1970's when it just wouldn't go no more. It was a two door, "hard top convertible" meaning there was no center post between the front and back side windows. I remember Dad being so proud of that car.
My uncle bought one in 57 in California ,to drive to a convention in new York in 58 Keep it till 1977..I missed getting it by 2 weeks ( he sold it for 150 bucks).iam still sick over missing that deal.
The 1957 Bel Air was the coolest looking car ever. I am a boomer, born in 1949 so 8 yrs. old then. The 2025 Bel Air is bound to be another classic right up there with the '57. I want one in red, are they making four- door models? I wish my brother were still alive ( COVID), he'd love it and want one. I think most boomers would. Nice work Chevy and the designer behind it.
I like the design of the car all the way from front to the sides when you get to the back it has that 1958 Chevy look. I love the 58 ,but the 57 was an iconic look that shouldn't be changed. The same goes for the 1958, iconic beauty. Make the 57 a 57!!

I was born in 1957, I own a 57, and I will get a 2025 it will be like having a older sister and a baby sister.🤩👍👍
@@SusanFuller-b8l you're a very lucky person, happy driving.🤗😎
Love it!! I hope a trend for all American-made cars starts. My favorite auto of my youth was the '63 SS. Get goose bumps just thinking about it.
Can’t wait to see it
I always knew that eventually Chevrolet would bring back there famous Classics in a modern style🤙🏻😎
Wow, what an awesome current retro upgrade on a classic body style. Was hopeful that someday someone in the industry would have the balls to recreate this classic take from this classic automobile.
It’s a must!
I think the 2025 Bel Air is old school memories and very classy!
Classic cars show caricature and heritage, thing of beauty
Thank you for watching!

WOW! Beautiful!!!thanks for sharing!
Home Run hit the bulls eye
It's about time I've been talking about this for years thanks for doing what I've talking and thinking about hell yes.
I want this car ,I’m seventy two years old ,it’s nostalgic, and modern,I remember the original, yes, I would buy it
Finally are car I want to buy other than a C8 corvette. Great idea.
Thank you for watching!
Fantastic, About time....
Thank you for watching!
I LOVED THE 1957 BELAIR AND WOULD LOVE TO OWN A 2025 ALSO!!!
Would love to drive one again!
I love the design, and the fact they brought back a classic in new skin. I would consider purchasing this car. My father had a 1957 and it brings back such found memories. Incidentally, my father traded his 1957 Chevy on a 1969 Chevrolet Caprice Classic.
Both cool cars👍👍👍
We have nothing but Chevelle, C8's, Silverado, Cadillac Blackwing, and a 2SS Camaro. This might be a nice addition to our collection! I kind of hope it's for real!
Thank you for watching!
I'm a 68 year old Ford guy and I absolutely LOVE this car! It's a stroke of genius that GM has needed for a long time!
The only thing is it's going to be priced so damn high that a lot of us are not going to be able to afford it.
Thank you for watching!
A Men Brother
Same as a real one
No doubt ✌️🇺🇸
It won't cost a dime because it isn't real.
I’m buying it if this is how it comes out100%
Love it...I had a '57 Chevy and always wanted Chevrolet to remake the '57 body style...
I think it’s great to modernize old favorite models. It’s an idea that older senior citizens and new younger drivers will purchase.
Still have my 58 Impala I
Bought as my first car back
in 74 after American graffiti hit the theaters. 😊
I absolutely love the new Bel Air! Congratulations to Chevrolet to bring back one of the most gorgeous classic cars ever! 😍😍😍❤❤❤
Hello from Oklshoma! I'll believe it when I see it!
thanks for commenting and thanks for watching!
$40,000, and up.
Reminds me of time travel if possible hate to say it. driving a classic was great I have to love the old street machines
Absolutely beautiful and if Chevy does this, they would surge to the top in sales!!
Bring that bountiful machine I love the looks and the model ❤❤❤❤❤
Perfectly done. Beautiful. Thanks CHEVY
Thank you for watching!
It’s beautiful and I’d buy it!
That's a stroke of pure genius.
I bought this 2024 Chevy and its great !!! NOT .VDid you ride the small bus and wear a helmet in classroom ? Artificial Crap is joke purposes only: What is going on 4:20 interior? year is wrong 4:50
@@danharasty6686 , it does have a mixed build of years, one thing I noticed is they did not have a front bench seat. A honey would love to snuggle up to her man while cruising down the road.
@@sherryrobinson9017 Chevy tried that a number of years back with the SSR based on the ‘53/‘54 pick up.
The windshield would never get past safety regulations.
@@dennismokry258 , if this is a true resurrection of these yesteryears models, all the modern safety features will be added. Enjoy the Artificial Intelligence humor!
I have been thinking about this for a few years. It's about time.
Somewhere through the video talk n about 57 and shows the back end of a 59
Exacty they show 2 different back ends which one is the new design.
I like the original 57. My father had a 57 Chev sedan 4 dr, I was 9 yrs old in 1966 when he bought that 57 Chev, got to drive it at the camp grounds when I was on 14-15yrs old, never got my license until 16yrs old. The memories of my fathers 57 Chev. 😍 Loved that car.
The back had 58 59 and 60 designs it looked like
I couldn't remember if was a 59 or 60 never did like those fins
My very first car. 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air
I had a ‘57 in 1963. I’m totally stoked to see it back. I paid $1200 for mine. I bet this one is way more than that.
Thank you for watching!
What a wonderful machine I love it the 57 -55 54 Chevy nice
Just AWESOME , We need more revivals like this !
thanks guys
Beautiful where do I sign up for one?
This 2025 Bel Air brings back fond memories of when I owned a 1957 Bel Air in the 60's.
Thank you for watching this video
FINALLY! THE RETURN OF CHROME!
My uncle bought one in 57 in California ,to drive to a convention in new York in 58
Keep it till 1977..I missed getting it by 2 weeks
( he sold it for 150 bucks).iam still sick over missing that deal.
I had a 1957 Chevy Belare I can't wait until it comes back again I think it looks ossome . DAVID BREWER
Looking sweet
Love the old body style
Finally, they are making their back to us
Go Chevy
Thank you for watching!
Nice tribute to a classic
Thank you for watching!
The 1955 was always my favorite ever since watching the movie "Sometimes they come back" as a kid.
It's about time..
Get it TIME
My first car was a 2 door 1953 Bel Air with 3 on the tree, bench seats and AM radio.
I would love to see this a reality. Nothing as beautiful as an American car from the 50’s or 60’s. I would buy one !
Sweet..keep it going.
The 57 Chevy Bellaire is my favorite car and I'm glad they are bringing her back.
Thank you for watching!
Yes, I work at GM, and GM is building this in 2025 to be included in their new vintage line along with the new SS chevelle.
For the price of A mortgage, I'm sure. Are they running off regular fuel?
🥰👍👍👍
The 1957 Bel Air was the coolest looking car ever. I am a boomer, born in 1949 so 8 yrs. old then. The 2025 Bel Air is bound to be another classic right up there with the '57. I want one in red, are they making four- door models?
I wish my brother were still alive ( COVID), he'd love it and want one. I think most boomers would. Nice work Chevy and the designer behind it.
I'd buy one in a heartbeat !!!! Today cash!!!!
I like the design of the car all the way from front to the sides when you get to the back it has that 1958 Chevy look. I love the 58 ,but the 57 was an iconic look that shouldn't be changed. The same goes for the 1958, iconic beauty. Make the 57 a 57!!
Thank you for watching!
While this video is about the '57 Chevy, the video keeps showing a '55 Chevy driving down the road, and in a showroom. That's not the only mistake.
And the ‘57 rendering keeps changing… blending into a ‘58 with quad headlights and taillights.
If you watch the video you might understand why they keep showing the 55.
...because it's AI, and AI has no idea what a Bel-Air looks like.
It’s awesome. My brother had one and it was a nice to ride in. I like the new 2025 but can’t afford to buy one. 😢
I hope they do it brings back memories of that era that I grew up in & owned wish I had one
BEAUTIFUL JEWEL,57 Chevy was the first car I drove,I was 15 years old,awesome memories UNIQUE CAR,THANKS 👍💯💯🇵🇷
