Back in the day whatever you had is what you raced. No showing up on a trailer, drive that shit to meet and run it. Putting in overtime at the shitty job you hated just so you could afford new parts and it didn't matter your make or model because at the end of the day everyone there loved cars and to race and have a good time
Man, all these guys out here acting like $40k cars with $10-30k under the hood is easy. These are actual cars in actual settings, sure it's slow but everyone starts somewhere.

I had one cop from my area tell on big setups like this some guys will just creep real slow and not actually chase anyone. If it's that organized, there's usually someone in charge with enough brains for some kind of safety. Shout out to the organizers out there and cops like him. Let freedom ring.

Well yeah, cuz chances are they are most likely still on their NA SOHC setups or if they have a DOHC swap, it's most likely making around 150hp - 180hp.. No, not much but considering that was probably all they had, they gave it their all (and were all better drivers than that trash GT350 dude lmao)
