      ​@@HPIncKindly go through below mentioned mail , HP engineers replaced all the parts & still laptop is not working.
      It has already been repbaired by HP several times & almost PARTS REPLACED including ADAPTER CHARGER / TOUCH PAD/ SPEAKER / TOUCHPAD /HING during/Heating Issue warranty period , still you want me to get it repaired.
      It takes months to arrange parts & during whole warranty period HP is TRYING TO REPAIRED DEFECTIVE LAPTOP by changing the parts without any result.
      HP engineers are trying to diagnose the problem since long but unable to find a solution.
      You are once again requested to replace DEFECTIVE LAPTOP.
      you are again trying to delay the matter. Serial no 5CD231JJW2
      I can't wait for long time now either you replace the Laptop or I have to go for legal action through consumer court / media.
      You sent for refund process yesterday so do this i am fed up with all these ,Sometimes your engineer left Speaker open, sometime touchpad fault ,i am disturbed with all these.
      YOU ARE COMPLETELY WASTING TIME OF CUSTOMER

    HP sold me a USED computer after I paid for a new computer on their website and then REFUSED TO EXCHANGE IT. HP = FRAUD.
