At 15:59...wrong method. Grab a brass hammer and give a solid smack to the studs. Vibration will loose the cone washer and allow to be finger picked. Ad some WD40 if wished in order to make easier to get the cone washer from studs.

+Brownie That is a Mule. Mostly used to move freight around air bases but can be mounted with weapons like recoilless rifle or machineguns.
where in the world do you get parts (ie replacement track) for this type of vehicle?
In the past, Israel had a large stock of these tracks, don't know if they are still available.
