I just saw this video and I have been doing yoga since a month . and while doing it I always feel my mind has gone out of order , this happens bcz I do not inhale or exhale properly and ultimately my mind do not catch up the necessary oxygen and then I feel as if I am senseless and lost for instance ,,,,,,, this video solved my problem .
