Implied consent requires you to submit to testing, withdrawing consent will lead in an increase of your charges to aggravated dui, then they’ll get a warrant for your blood and take it by force if necessary. You may actually be better off doing the tests, if you can perform well the cop may decide to let you go, if you refuse to do them at all you are definitely going to be arrested.

@@-jax-3631 That will happen, you will get arrested, and the cops can get a court order (signed by a Judge) to forcefully pull blood. That said, if you have a VERY good lawyer - they have an easier time getting you off than if you submit and get booked on DUI. In the time it takes to get a court order from a Judge as well, you may work off the BAC over 0.08... again, a good lawyer will be required.
Now refusing a test (even if you get off) generally means you're going to lose your license (suspended) for 1 year, and face a fine, but not the same as a DUI on your record.
If you're THAT blasted (like blowing a 0.3 or something) you're probably gonna have zero presence of mind to call your lawyer or refuse anyway.
And y'all don't find it crazy that they can legally take your blood? That's some evil shit right there...

Pro tip, NEVER do those dui tests. They are deigned for you to fail, and are completely subjective to the officer in charge. Simply do the breathalyzer, thats the only thing you are actually required to do (that or blood draw depending on the state). If you are actually intoxicated, then you'll go to prison (as you should, you horrible loser). But this advice is for sober people. Because even as a 29 year old athlete, there are parts of that test I'm not confident I'd look good on, like the 1 leg stand. Instead, I'd just demand a breath test, blow 0s, and move on.
Pro tip: refusal in my state results in an AUTOMATIC one year license suspension. Dont give out advice
