Delicious and beautiful berry cake. This cake is very quick and easy to prepare! You can use any berries you like. delicious berry cake. If I only have 15 minutes, I bake this delicious cake! ✅ Ingredients: (glass size 200 ml)
1 egg
a pinch of salt
80 g/ 2.8 ounces sugar (1/2 cup)
60 g/ 2.1 oz yogurt (3 tbsp)
60 g/ 2.1 oz butter (3 tbsp)
100 ml/ 3.4 fluid ounces milk (1/2 cup)
150 gr/ 5.3 oz flour (1 cup)
8 g/ 0.3 oz baking powder (1.5 tsp)
200 gr/ 8.8 oz any berries (I used raspberries)

Pudding:
1 egg
40 g/ 1.4 ounces sugar (2 tbsp)
20 g/ 0.7 oz cornstarch (1 tbsp)
100 ml/ 3.4 fluid ounces milk (1/2 cup)
100 ml/ 3.4 fluid ounces pineapple juice (1/2 cup)
20 g/ 0.7 oz butter (1 tbsp)
Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180°C (360°F).
Garnish with powdered sugar
