For such a hefty price tag 🏷️ at least you would expect the house to be renovated partially at least … if anyone were to buy it they would definitely need to spend a lot of money renovating the outside and redesign the insides of the house as well . But, it would make sense as why the owners are selling it because you would need to spend a lot to modernise it

ps I noticed a lot of the original fire places are blanked off? I would imagine they were the original cast iron log burners?? why would the owners remove them? devaluing the property.. yes they can be replaced but they won't be the original.. put them back in and watch how fast the property sells? Google 7 spring rd. Glenville NY. USA. Sold for 780k in 2023. Pretty much same thing, only way more land and two outbuildings and its a one of its kind architectural masterpiece built in 1911 updated. Will shock some people in the UK.
Most in the UK wouldn’t consider 1911 as that old. Most houses in US are fake old.

Lovely house but really BORING inside….where is the character??? Typical wealthy generic, follow the sheep, cookie cutter type home. Soulless, bland…does anyone actually live there? Hide yourself away in cupboards home. I wouldn’t find this home inviting at all.
