The grounds, playground equipment and splash pad are maintained by that community’s HOA dues. Just as the Festival Foothills residents cannot use the Sun City Festival amenities, this park should not be advertised to be an amenity for Sun City Festival residents and their guests.
Don't buy in Sun City festival if you want to golf. Can't get Tee times. Pulte screwed us out of one golf course and they continue to build new homes. To call this place a golfing community is a big scam! Be Aware Folks!
