Wow, that is amazing feedback. Thank you very much. If you have a few minutes and are interested in tubs, check out my podcast also! Have a great day!!
Yes, the transfer model walk-in bathtubs typically have a 36-inch wide door, providing direct access to the seat. I highly recommend exploring options on websites like www.walkintubusa.com or contacting Tub Today (2024s top tub winner) at 630-877-4294. They can discuss options tailored to your needs, body type, and bathroom space.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is great to know that the videos are helping. Finding a great walk-in tub can be like finding a needle in a haystack, so many gimmicks and super salesmen to navigate through. With this video, at least you can see for yourself what makes a quality tub and how broad the differences are between a great tub and a not great tub. Cheers!! Best of luck to you!!
I appreciate the opportunity to connect with you! Even though I do not fully understand your message. 😄 Your feedback is valuable to me. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, and I hope you're enjoying the content so far! #learning #engagement #communication
Some manufactures offer their walk in tubs without jets, it is a soaking model versus a hydrotherapy model. Here is a link to a build your tub website that carries 2024's top walk in bathtubs. You can build a walk in tub without jets and get some pricing information also. walkintubusa.com/
I know TubToday has a laydown model. Typically, the price difference w jets and no jets is around 10-20%. Some tubs may only be available w jets so I would be open to having them so you can otherwise get the perfect bathtub. Here is a link to a tub that could fit your needs. tubtoday.com/featured_item/3060-lay-down/
In addition, in case I sent you the wrong tub model, look at the other models they offer. TubToday has a larger selection than I have seen anywhere else. If you just want a bathtub without installation, then this company could also be a great resource, Walk in Tub USA. www.walkintubusa.com
Haha, a bathtub stream, you say? Now that would be a splash! Maybe I should start thinking about adding some rubber duckies and bubbles to the next video for extra entertainment value. 🤣 Thanks for the fun idea-who knows, you just might see me soaking and talking shop one day! Stay tuned!
I would also look at seat widths, but 5'2 would be a comfortable fit in the following tubs, each offers a unique door style, the styles should be selected to suit your mobility and bathroom layout, the petite is the smallest option at 28" width and the others at 30", see links.... walkintubusa.com/product/standard/ walkintubusa.com/product/petite/ walkintubusa.com/product/ultra/ walkintubusa.com/product/capri/ walkintubusa.com/product/transfer30/
@@ThatTubGuy is there an average size tub that the majority goes with? Mobility isn’t an issue, but i wants lots of jets in the right spots and i dont need lights and aroma, i want a luxury tub and i think i want the door to swing in, the thought of water in the bathroom because of the door swinging out-freaks me out. A nice slant to the back of the tub for lounging would be nice..any suggestions..
I would go with the Ultra model. it's has a deeper seat, from knee to waist, for a more comfortable sit-down soak, the inward door swing is shaped to make it wrap around the profile of your legs while seated. The 30" width is a perfect match for most bathrooms and bathtub replacements, also making it the most popular size. if you need more economy, the standard model is great but less customizable, and the luxury aesthetic of the ultra is lost. most will come w led lights without adding cost, the jetting though is very configurable. you can call tubtoday in illinois for even more conversational assistance at 630-877-4294 they are my go-to source, walk-in tub usa is all online, and it is very scrutanizing about what tubs they carry. both are great resources for you!
@@ThatTubGuy i am not looking for economy, should i sit on a wooden chair and measure my width, is that how they figure out what size to get? All of my door openings are 36” wide, my bathroom is quite large, i’m def getting a walk in tub, i just need to figure out which one is gonna be the best, does the floor need extra support because of how much water they hold? There is a basement here
Yes, there are extra long, extra wide and many different sizes available. Jetting is amazing on the TubToday tubs and they offer at least 20 different models.
Amazing. The best tub on the market hands down is the Boca WIT with a 2"....yes, 2 inches step in threshold and it doesnt even make your top 10? Do your homework before you spit out nonsense videos. In addition, all these tubs look like toys or something you would see in a Barbie Dollhouse. Shame.
Thank you for your comment and for highlighting your concerns about Boca brand tubs. I want to assure you that my intention was to provide an thorough review of walk-in bathtubs based on comprehensive research and user feedback. In my evaluation, I aimed to cover the most prominent and well-received manufacturers currently on the market. It's entirely possible that Boca could be considered in future reviews should their products meet the selection criteria next year. I also chose not to include big box store or generic online walk in tubs. There are so many options, this video covers the biggest names in the buisiness. Regarding your specific points about aesthetics and functionality, these are subjective areas often influenced by personal preference and the specific needs of users. For example, the 2-inch step-in height you mentioned is indeed an impressive feature that some brands have successfully integrated. Combine this with all of the other amazing features that were reviewed in this video and that is why I chose the TubToday walk in bathtubs as the top brand to work with. My focus has been on delivering factual, detailed, and helpful reviews that aid viewers in making informed decisions. I appreciate your input as it contributes to a more robust discussion and helps me refine future content to better serve our community. Thank you for engaging with the video.

I want a deep soaking walk in tub with no pipes other than the drain. No jets, no faucets. Is there such a thing?
