    I tried the first basic technique. Before I was raspy, shortness of breath with spo2 95%. It worked amazing first try, I was able to remove some mucus. I'm no longer raspy with shortness of breath and my spo2 went up to 98% 👍👍👍 Thank you so much for this video.

    Excellent video. Certainly a lot cheaper than buying all of those plastic devices on the market.

    I have bronchiectasis and use most of these techniques daily two to three times a day. These have been lifesavers for me! Thank You Lord for making me aware of these and for providing my willingness to perform them daily. I am blessed! Amen!

    👋Simeox delivers during exhalation a specific pneumatic vibratory signal, developed following several years of research, capable of liquefying mucus in less than 2 seconds. And this is fatigue-free, can be use in autonomy and at home.💬

    The active cycle of breathing technique, huffing, autogenic drainage are the same as the practices of pranayama called kumbhaka, bhastrika, anulom vilom and kapal bhati.. the age old airway clearance techniques from the Indian yogic tradition..

    Would like to see the Vibralung added to this video. It is an intrapulmonary acoustic airway clearance device, that uses sound waves to mobilize mucus, and also open and relax the airways. It is safe, gentle, and highly effective. It is fairly new. A patient can also nebulize during the treatments which typically are 12-15 minutes 2-3 times a day.

      Definitely, I have pulmonary fibrosis post-Covid, which is still causing inflammation and mucus plugs in my lungs. For active Covid, those still infected with the virus, they should go in a room away from others, because these techniques will produce the aerosol that contains the virus. This is for at home care just from personal experience, I didn't have to be hospitalized for my Covid-19. Opening windows and ventilating the house was very important.

    The key for me is avoiding mucus by::
    * avoiding mucus-causing foods.
    No grains nor dairy.
    No petroleum-based pesticides.
    No nightshade poisons -- potato, tomato, eggplant, the pepper family.
    I do best on Paleo Keto Primal.

      Alex,
      As we learned in Second Grade biology, the nose warms and filters incoming air.
      And, in panic mode, we switch to mouth breathing... creating a nerve loop, more mouth breathing triggers more panic triggers more mouth breathing.
