Lipedema also causes swelling. You might want to add it into your title and keywords, in order to help even more people who are searching for relief. Thank you!

I would like to ask you a question off topic of this video. I have mild swelling mainly in my left foot and ankle area from inguinal lymhnode surgery as a result of stage 3 penile cancer. The nodes were all negative. Your tutorials for exercise massage and dry brushing have worked wonders for me. Byvthe way I'm 74 years of age.
That being said what compression level stockings should I wear for daily use I'm retired but like to be on my feet for 4 to 6 hours per day.
I'm currently using 15 to 20 knee hig Trueform.
Thank you so much for all your effort making such helpful videos. You have made my life so much more enjoyable!

I’m so glad the videos have been helpful information! Thank you for sharing that. Unfortunately, I am unable to answer personal medical questions - but this would be a question a local therapist could answer after assessing your legs in person! I love that you’re staying active on your feet!

Do you plan to do a video on use of Mobiderm? I have lymphedema of one leg and fibrosis on the lower part of the calf. They also have garments lined with Mobiderm. Thank you so much. I learn so much from you.

@@CancerRehabPT I have the wrap. I plan to get the garment after the new law goes into effect. I received the wrap from my clinic after I alerted them to Mobiderm after seeing your video. I'm using the wrap under compression bandages and/or Sygvaris Velcro wraps. I've spoken with the new area rep. They do not have user friendly videos yet, which I suggested they need to create. The video I did watch, an hr and a half, was pretty academic, almost sleep inducing during the first hr. The last half hr showed a bit more on use. They showed a number of layers under the wrap. But the clinic therapist, who met with the rep, said that was overkill and that stockinette should be sufficient. I'm wondering if wearing the garment the majority of the time may make enough of a difference not to need the pump twice a day. I am 79. I developed lymphedema a year ago, no explanation as to why. I was so fit and healthy, exercised a lot. As I'm sure most people who develop it experience, it's turned my life upside down. I'm a retired RN, and I always do lots of research to find more answers. I was thrilled to find you and saw that you were confirming what I was learning during acute treatment. I followed along with your videos when I wasn't quite sure about recalling the care at the clinic. I am hoping that the Mobiderm garment makes management easy and effective enough that I can once again travel to see my family 2000+ miles away. Travel might be a good topic for a future video. Thanks again for the information.

I'm just learning basics of lymphatic drainage. My lmt who does it says it helps the brest tissue. Find a good lmt who does lymphatic drainage, get a session, and repeat on yourself whatever they do on you. It's just gentle stretching of the skin in the direction of lymph flow. There are serious contraindications so look those up to be aware of them.

Okay, please. I really like your information and i value it too. At about the 7 minute mark you use the term "versus " correctly but your speech got a bit rushed and several words ran together. If you can, please separate your words and sentences more distinctly. A little verbal animation would also help, but that's asking a bunch.
