- There are 9 Legendary Armament Locations in Elden Ring for the Legendary Armaments trophy / achievement.
Legendary Armament #6 Bolt of Gransax is highly missable! It becomes unavailable after defeating the main boss "Maliketh" in Farum Azula.
Legendary Armament #1 Devourer's Scepter can also become unavailable if the NPC that drops it goes away, but you can quickly get there in New Game+ within 10 minutes, so it's not a true missable.
Legendary Armament #9 Dark Moon Greatsword requires doing the steps for Age of the Stars Ending. However, the trophy popped for me after the first 8 so it might not be needed for the trophy/achievement. See this guide for all required steps (very long questline).

Not the only trophy which is broken. The Dragonskin Soldier of Nokstella seems to be broken as well. At least I defeated the boss and still miss this trophy
Sorting the weapons into the chest worked for me!

The Devourer's Sceptre can also be obtained in Crumbling Farm Azula, you kill a red phantom where the chest is for the Old Lord's Talisman :)

Well if you don't stupidly kill npcs you'd realise you get the things you want for free BY doing QUESTLINES LOL no preemptive killing meaning you miss out on other items 🤣

If it doesnt pop and you have all of them (like me), just leave them on the ground one by one and pick them back up and it should pop.

Tried that but I am missing the 10th being the Darkmoon Great Sword and I still didnt get the achievement. As another commenter pointed out, it seems like this has to one of the 9 armaments and the other 8 of 9 remaining are flexible for the most part.

For Devourer's Scepter, you don't have to wait until new game + to get it from Bernahl. You can find him in the Crumbling Farum Azula as an invasion. You may have to beat the boss here first. When I found him I had already beat the game. From the checkpoint "Beside the Great Bridge" run forward towards where you battle the knight on horseback before the boss and instead of heading towards the boss room, go the opposite direction. It is linear from here. Once you reach the ladder take it down. Straight ahead will be a room with a chest in it. If you walk into the room Bernahl will spawn behind you and 3 enemies will spring to life. Good luck!

Had the same problem, if you've cleared Crumbling Farum Azula and already killed the boss at Volcano Manor, then you'll need to speak with him again. He will tell you that he will never kneel to you and that we will die by his sword.

*Note:* The weapons have to be in your character's inventory.
Make sure to take them out from the item chest at the Grace rest, in case you put some of them there.

The dark moon great sword is 100% needed for the trophy, it was the only one I needed to get and then the trophy popped when I picked it up

On the Devourer's Scepter you can get it later in the game. I'm not sure if Volcano Manor quest line is needed. But in Farum Azula if you go down the stair before Maliketh, he will Invade you. Killing him will also give all his drops.

Your videos are fantastic, they are on another level from most everything else! Always shows maps out and in, very handy sections.
Trophy seems to be bugged for 1.03. You'll need to put all the legendary weapons into your chest at your grace, then the trophy should pop as intended.

You're a god. I picked up Bolt of Gransax in NG+ since it was the only one I missed and achievement wouldn't pop, but it did after putting 6 of the weapons in my chest. Thank you 🤌

Devourers scepter can also be obtained by doing the Volcano Manor questline and finding the spot in Azula where he invades you. It’s probably better doing it that way because if you kill him early you could miss out on the Raging Wolf Armor set
I can confirm that Dark Moon Greatsword is definitely needed for this achievement. It was the only one missing for me and picking it up triggered the achievement. Writing it as of patch 1.05

New game + is actually much easier since you already got eveeything and level up big time, im enjoying myself destroying the bosses who were a nuisance in my first run, destroying Margott and stompy the lion king was fun

You can get the devourers sceptor in the Maliketh area next to the old lords talisman
i can confirm you can still get the Devourers sceptre ,in the location where you get the old lord talisman (at Crumbling farm azula /in the clouds area) you get invaded by him.

Bernahl (the one that sells ashes of war) is the same guy in the volcano manor that invades you in Azure Crumbling and it also gives you there the weapon killing him in the shack is not needed
only had to look up one. Makes me feel good about the exploration i've fone in my first playthrough
You can get the devouring scepter at crumbling farum azula, though you need to complete the god devouring serpant quest(vocano manor quest line) and the knight Bernahl will become an invader and you can kill him there.
It’s funny because I was doing the legendary talismans and accidentally got it while trying to get the old lords talisman lmao
A hint for the devourers scepter! You can still get it even after endgame go to the bridge before you face maliketh go backwards into that little area, go down a ladder and wait close to the bridge where he will show up as an invader kill him and the scepter is your plus there’s a talisman in that chest nearby so grab that while you can
You are the man. I’ve always hated these collectathon type of trophies. It wasn’t that bad compared to other games, but you still made things super easy 👍🏻

Very helpful thanks, I have the majority of these just a few more to go. You not only showed me where to get the weapons but also a couple bosses I need as well. I killed Malenia last night I think her and Malekith are the hardest.

You can place all the weapons into the storage chest in a site of grace, got the achiv this way.
The fact that you cannot get some of these things post beating the game is more than infuriating.

Dang! I'm about to burn the Erdtree so I wanted to see what legendary weapons I have and missing. I don't like using guides but decided to check. Seems like the only one I'm missing is the first one lol Bernhal's Scepter. I had him go to the volcano manor hmm wonder if it's too late to get his bell bearing. Dang it.

Telling people to Kill Bernarl is very bad and shouldn't be done. They are potentially ruining a questline that they might want to do later. You can get his scepter later in the game without killing him here.

@@Nemesisforce2 The game has an absolution mechanic that allows you to revive the killed NPC's. There is even one quest that can only be completed using this mechanic. In Elden Ring, you'll have the option to ask for forgiveness, potentially making NPCs you've angered become friends with you again, or even resurrect some of the dead. However, not all NPCs are treated equally, and some of them will remain dead no matter how many times you ask for absolution. Although, when it comes to getting NPCs to forgive you and stop being angry at you, this method usually works (unless the reason they are unhappy with you is related to the decisions you made during the course of the story and questlines).
To try this method, you need to get to the Church of the Promises and use the Celestial Dew at the statue of Lady Rennala to Request Absolution. If you have committed any wrongdoing, you will be able to follow the procedure and (hopefully) make amends with the NPC who is currently upset with you.

Sometimes this trophy gets bugged. The solution is to go to a Site of Grace and go to sort chest. Then put all the legendary weapons inside and then take them all out again. It should unlock at any point. For me it unlocked trophy as I was putting the fourth weapon inside the chest.

Don't kill bernhal for the scepter do his quest (part of volcano manor) killing him stops you from getting two new ashes of war later on and a part of the volcano manor quest

If the trophy isn't popping try putting all your weapons in the chest (at a site of grace) and then pull out all of the legendary armaments. That got it to pop for me.

You can get the Devourer's Scepter later in the game (It's by the old lord's talisman, you just kill an invader, pretty sure you have to complete all of volcanor manor though)

Berthanal invades you in the dragon temple so if you miss him at first don’t worry you get the scepter and his armor later in the game you don’t have to wait till ng+

@@onyxwade Before you go to the beast clergyman go the opposite direction, you’ll find a ladder leading down and across the bridge there’s a room with a chest he will invade on that bridge

Sadly getting Godslayer’s Greatsword instead of Bolt of Gransax didn't unlock the achievement :( I have to go through ng+

For the Ruins Greatsword. You can also go to radahns castle really early in the game and the bosses that drop it will spawn as you currently can't fight radahn as you haven't talked to enough npcs or smth
To trigger Radahn's fight you must go to fort gael and use the teleporter that will take you to the redmane castle, you dont need to meet the npc's (maybe you do need to help Alexandre tho)

@@JR-vt7rb In my ng+ I sprinted to Fort Gael and went straight to Radhan but you coudn't fight him you 100% need to do something before for it to be avalible probably talk to the Round Table people enough so the story goes to the a specific point (probably just talk to Gideon) or at least find Ranni or Blaidd
@@mainaccount0007 both Blaidd and Alexander can be met for the first time there if you didn't meet them before and Alexander's questline is not needed as ive been following it on my ng+ until de Redmane Castle part and Radhan is still not avalible

Some of the weapons have the 'legendary' status, as in they are glowing yellow when you pick them up. However, the 9 legendary armaments actually have it in their description, and I am fairly certain that they are lore connected.
@@thedumestbum4050 I would agree with this had it not been for one thing: I got the trophy without the Sword of night and flame. Instead i had the Godslayer. The last weapon i picked up was the Golden Order GS
@@nerfer200 That certainly is interesting. I only got the achievement after I got the 9 specified, Bolt of Gransax being the final weapon. Golden Order GS did not help at all in getting the achievement. What platform are you playing on?
EDIT: I meant Godslayer GS, not golden order.
Only the legendaries that you find in the game, not the legendaries that you get for trading in remembrances, count toward the trophy.

Bernhal will invade you in Farum Azula right next to the great bridge and down the ladders next to the chest with the Talisman in. He will drop the weapon AND his armour.
I'm doing this today after patch 1.03 and I did not get the trophy :( is there a new addition to the game?

If you got all of them and you not getting the achievement try dropping all of them then picking them back up and it will work because that’s what I had to do.

The Devovure Scepter you can get after Finnish the Volcano Mannor quest after that you must fight with his red phantom in Malekith area
After patch 1.04 i droped the legendary armament items one at a time and picked it up then afterwards i got the trophy 👍
The only one I am missing to get the platinum is the first one, so I will have to do a new game plus because I beat the last boss, and he doesn’t show up anywhere after the manor. EDIT: I just tried, and he was there now at crumbling farum azula. I think they patched it because I went there many times to try to get him to invade before.

Devourer scepter is also missable. If you kill Malaketh he's not going to invade you. Also if you kill him in hish shack you're gonna miss more armor.

U can still get invaded and get the scepter after killing Maliketh, I did.

Regarding Bernahl, for the Devourer's Scepter,, if he was missed early in the game he can be found in Crumbling Farum Azula in the Endgame beside the great bridge when you go to grab the Old Lord Talisman. He'll invade you and after killing him you'll get the item.

Ok I have all these and no trophy
I had all the weapons except for the first one and I did ng + and it didn’t give the achievement to me. I talked to a few other friends and they had the same issue I think it all has to be in one play through.
I had the same issue and when I tried the whole drop it and pick it up, it deleted the sword of night and flame from my inventory. This game is so ass sometimes.

Correction for the first one at the war shack you dont need new game +. If you make it to end game at the floating island grace "Besides the Great Bridge" you can back track down the bridge and take a ladder he invades you and you get the set plus the Old Lords Legendary Talisman

for ruins greatsword u didn't need to kill radahn exactly...
just makes sure you come to the castle from waygate at the fort gael, so the enemy would spawn and the boss area can be access, and you can get the red-hot whetblade early too..

Yeah if you aren't getting the trophy with all the weapons acquired, just upgrade them once +1 at the blacksmith. Worked for me. Goodluck!
