Sekhmet Meditation // Lionsgate Portal August 8 🦁☀️🙌🏽

-The Lion's Gate Portal is when Sirius, the brightest star in the nights sky seems closer to the Earth and shines brighter than usual. The Lionsgate is a time for manifesting. From July 28 until August 12, we can align with the cosmic energies of the Lionsgate, which will peak on August 8.
-During the portal, the Nile River in Ancient Egypt rose and was considered a time of fertility and starting anew. Now, we can consider it as a portal to a consciousness shift.
-Reiki is an ancient form of healing based on the idea of activating "Universal Life Energy" through the hands. "Sekhem" is ancient Egyptian for "The Power" or "The Universal Life Energy". It is associated with the lion-headed Goddess of Healing and Protection, "Sekhmet". Sekhmet Reiki may be used for helping reset or attune the client emotionally, physically, and energetically.
-It's a time of self expression, heart energy, exuberance, love of self and others along with the Aquarius Supermoon we will have on August 19.

Reiki Instructions:
This will be an "express" session as a full Sekhmet
Reiki session is 60 minutes. A rapid session can be 15-30 minutes.
Eat light before and after reiki session.
Drink lots of water.
Wash hands with cold water after session to break the connection.
You may lie down or sit down comfortably with palms up to receive.
