Sir mga 2 beses po hinugot ko po ung papel ulit doon sa pinaggalingan po, need po ba palitan ung roller po nun pag binuksan po?
wag nyo huhugutin sa pinanggalingan ang hatak po palabas mapuputol yung spring ng pickup roller kakain na sya ng maraming papel
hello, paano naman po kung nakailaw lahat pero steady lang? nakakapag print pa ako nung una pero with lines pero kapag nagpiprint na ako ng noozle check nagsstuck na yung papel

pa help naman Sir, yung printer sa office ayaw na mag scan. Problem una nagka paper jam tapos binuksan namin at hinugot yung papel tapos ngayon ayaw na mag scan pero nag priprint naman keso nag biblink yung mga indicator.
