😂 it takes a while to get into a good rhythm with it… especially if you’ve just switched from crocheting with other yarns. I’ve made a few sweaters now with it and love the result!
Great idea! I once did a pineapple stitch with kid silk yarn for my mom (a poncho). Boy did I curse when I had to go back because one of my pineapples was lopsided! I'm with you on the chain spaces for this yarn! She chose another poncho with another pineapple stitch, and wants the same kid silk. At least it's only the edging, and the rest is dc, ch 1 repeats - and I'm cheating by going around the posts instead of into the stitches! This is the type of yarn that teaches one about "life choices" as kimonioannislekkas3188 said, haha! So glad to have stumbled across your channel via short row research.
@@shyanha I love the sound of the pineapple stitch poncho with kid silk! I bet it was beautiful 🤩… and going around posts instead of stitches is also a great idea 🙌🏻
I hand-wash in lukewarm water with a very mild detergent (I often just use a small squirt of shampoo)… squeeze out excess water by rolling in a dry towel and then allowing to dry flat. I find this actually makes the yarn softer and improves the drape too.
Hi, no, not 4. You can find the info for the starting chain in the PDF instructions which are free in my Crochet Stitch Directory mezzacraft.newzenler.com/courses/stitch-pattern-directory
Regretting my life choices! I bought the yarn because I loved the feel of it and then I started working with it 😂😂😂😂

Gorgeous 🤗❤️🤗
thank you so much!
This is beautiful! How many skeins/grams do you recommend for the finished piece?
May I ask how to wash these? I always lose the fluffy feels after wash

Is there a written pattern for the sweater?
Hi! The sweater is from a course I taught. There isn’t a written pattern but I may run the course online at some point.
