It may be a Natural Disaster but the reason for this disaster are humans, there may be Encroachment in the river path by Resorts ,So the flood took diversion. Hereafter govt should not allow the people to build their homes or resorts near river bed. The River path should never be encroached by any body, there should be a sufficient space for flood water to flow. Govt should never allow anybody to buid their house or Resorts near river beds .
