Eat red meat, Dr Mindy..... I stopped having my mens in July last year. Early this year, I was watching some carnivore diet testimonies, and decuded to give it a try... I can't go full carnivore, but tried introducing more red meat January this year (no sauce etc) with my low carb diet. Guess what... I got my mens back again in April (after 10 months) ! And the period flow was even better then before the last mens i had in June last yr!
