All of your angles and movements are so precisely matched that I literally thought the car was fake. This video proves not only your skills, but how far ahead you are in the FPV-scene.
I agree...the transitions and editing are spectacular. Obviously Johnny's flying and the DP are part of that, but the editing of hot to cold and transitions for each just are bonkers good.
Upon seeing it fly through the window, my immediate thought was… “it’s gotta be real. Please don’t disappoint us, Johnny.” Thank you for not disappointing us.
I don't even have words for this. As an FPV pilot...trying to figure out how to fly and film this with a huge dron + camera...seems insane. Shot through window..even with a Gopro that is super tricky. I am glad, happy and proud that you are taking this, as the song says, to another level. I finally found the talent behind this ad, the genius, the seamless transition between -30 and +30 degree celsius weather! at some stage, I was convinced that the car was not real. I know it means nothing, but you earned my subscription due to this masterpiece. My dude, you are amazing!

These recordings where done with RED cameras and Freefly Wave high fps cameras. big and expensive stuff. the shakings where sometimes real because of the heavy weight the drones had to lift or added afterwards for a more dramatic effect. The only gopro shot is the flight through the window :D
@@djbis there is cgi involved but only on fine details such as white dust in the desert in one of the shots. Seriously nothing is cgi, you can actually see the shadow of the drone on the dust in one of the shots - see if u can find it!

I feel like getting that drone through a car window mid drift is the equivalent to a hole in one. Even the most talented people out there have to get lucky to pull that off. And rocking through all that dirt...I'm surprised you don't have a lens cleaner guy in the credits haha.

@@flywithtb5005 Honestly I don't think any drone could keep up with cars around that entire track. Maybe a super slow car but even then the gopro will weigh it down. It would have to be some super lightweight setup.
... so much insane things in one video don't know where to even start, as an FPV Pilot I would say the car fly through at 1:38 is my absolute favorite and the Ultra Slowmows in the dirt and snow! but 1:38 gets me when we think about how big the drone is with the cam and how tiny this fast-moving car window is :) WELL DONE Johnny

I just noticed the roost from the car fades from snow to sand and sand to snow at the point where the transitions happened. Ive never seen that level of attention to detail and imagination from an editor. Simply incredible.

Parents have gotta be proud of their kid. So Johnny, who had the idea for identical tracks on this one and how much work was it to sync those angles for flawless transitions/cuts.
Dude..... I remember when Johnny was just a kid starting up and sharing videos and hanging around other drone kids... and then over time he just reached for the stars and stayed there. His work... is just ... him and Nurk actually took this to a professional level.

its doable :) also this is kind of easy to do with a 3" cinewhoop! but we can build even smaller ones decasing gopros, these drones can fit your palm D: this whole clip is a mix of big Cinelifter with komodo / freefly wave and a smaller cinewhoop for the window shot :)

I played several shots in 0.25 to try and spot any mistakes or cgi traces, this is immaculate, really well done, this is the most impressive video i watched in the past year.
My mind was already blown watching this, and then the drone went through the window of the car at high speeds on a drift and now I can't even comprehend it.

The CGI look is a side effect of a stabilization software called ReelSteady. It always makes footage look like that. No, it is not CGI.

With a Fpv drone and a VERY expensive camera strapped to the top, and some very skillfull editing too. This guy is the top of the fpv scene rn imho.
