Your videos are very very informative and save people from making mistakes and financial losses while constructing a house. Kudos to your presentation and technical details.. Am really really amazed by the amount of technical knowledge you gained about all areas involved in a house construction.. In some video, you have mentioned that you are not a civil engineer.. But I believe now you can guide people in taking right decisions better than a normal civil background person. I came across your channel as we are in the process of planning for our own house.. From your videos, I understand that you are a person who wants privacy, as you haven't revealed your face, your name or any such private details in the channel (not sure if it's there in the episodes which am yet to watch) . But I am just curious to know atleast your name, main profession and a bit details of your native place and family.. From the videos I understand that your current location is Trivandrum.. But the "uruppiya" usage for Rupees says you are not a native of Trivandrum. 😊And hats off once again for the tremendous efforts you put in understanding the nuances of the technical aspects of a house construction and explaining it easily understandable for common people..
