Hiya heather great information on this video everything I needed to know still undecided but seems having mini and the extra eye lip item maybe a better option as once but trinity I’d need to buy the extras making more expensive for what seems to do same job thank you made my mind up now btw does the lip and eye pen need battery or is this also re chargeable ?

I feel as though the ELE can target fine lines and also lift, would you agree? Struggling with which one to buy. Any help would be appreciated!

On my new nuface trinity + it doesn't look like the one you showed doing the reset...mine is different and it doesn't beep when using.

Yes you can. We wouldn't recommend using a retinoid just before a treatment as it is best on cleansed skin then with the NuFACE primer applied but many of our customers and product experts use retinol in conjunction with NuFACE.
Can it be used under the chin on turkey neck?
Also is there any indicator on the Mini that lets you know how much power is left on the battery?
There is indeed. The device will give a lower toned, double bleep when you are using it which will indicate it is time to charge it.

Both work slightly differently, the TriPollar devices use radio frequency which is great for facial tightening and collagen production, NuFACE uses microcurrent which is perfect for facial toning and lifting so depending on your specific concerns would depend on what we would recommend! @CURRENTBODY I really REALLY hope you can answer this. But I have the mini. I want something for my specific eye and lip area. Instead of investing in Trinity just for the ELE attachment, wouldn’t buying the FIX be suitable. They’re about the same size (sphere balls) and the current is ALMOST the same. 208 ELE vs 200 FIX. Wouldn’t the fix perform VERY close to JUST the ELE attachment (obviously not the Trinity/mini itself). Again, I know there’s an 8mpa difference. But it seems like a better choice since I already have the mini.

You've done some great research here. There are a few things worth noting when comparing NuFACE FIX with the ELE Attachment for Trinity.
The ELE device targets the facial muscles around the eye and lip areas to help tone whilst FIX targets the surface fine lines and wrinkles on the skin. As you rightly said, they do have almost the same micro amps however the placement of the spheres, the size and the way they function is different.

Ok the Trinity and the mini have 335 MPA. So my question is, what's the MPA output on the highest setting with the mini?
The highest setting works at the highest level of MPA. With Trinity, you have 5 settings. Mini has three that work at the equivalent of 1, 3, 5 of the Trinity. Hope this helps.
So if mini and pro both have same effects but both have different amp one have 400 and mini have less so can you please tell me how it make difference? Thank you

I love mine but the gel that comes with it is breaking me out!! Any other suggestions?
Hello, unfortunately the only gel we can recommend is the NuFACE gel as this allows for the conductivity of the microcurrent into the skin. If the gel is causing you to break out we recommend removing/cleaning the skin with a gentle cleanser after use!

I use evene water spray, seems fine so far. The gel has, some ingredients that don’t agree with extremely sensitive skin.
