Lovely insight, thanks for sharing the stories, its roots and providing a lot of information that usually never sees the daylight. Can't wait to try the coffee, thanks Tim!
Did you still use 14g in the glass Aeropress? If so, did you notice if the bed depth is higher with 14g? And if so, were the cups noticeably cleaner? Takk Tim Wendelboe team!
My subscription arrived today in the uk and i can't wait to try then (waiting for them to rest will be difficult). Do you have TDS reccomendations for these coffees at all? Please could you also advise on the water chemistry you use for brewing if possible? Thanks.
We normally aim for 1,4 TDS using our standard recipes. Oslo Water is very soft, so we don't fiddle around too much with altering water with salts. We just us e carbon filter to get rid of bad tastes.
Don't like the slurping. Just give us the notes you get without slurping, I don't mind missing out on "a tiny hint of forest berries". This is not me saying you have to change, more like me saying why I stop watching and hoping you change such a small thing, which for me is a huge barrier to watching the video.
How about you just read the tasting notes on the store page instead of watching a coffee tasting video if the sound of someone tasting coffee is abhorrent to you? Get over yourself.
What a stupid comment. With any craft beverage/liquid, some form of slurping or aspiration is standard practice. Tim intentionally doesn’t even slurp as loudly here as he would when normally evaluating coffees. Your ick is weird. Keep to yourself.
@@ezuniga612 dude it's a known medical thing and big personalities like James Hoffman acknowledge it. How about getting over your own small mindedness and start doing your part to foster an open community?
If you want to get the information without audio, there is the option to mute the video and turn on subtitles or read the transcript. If you watch attentively without doing something else simultaneously, you can even mute the video every time he drinks. I tried this on my PC by using the "M" hotkey and it works quite well. Not perfect for your needs, but for a once-a-month 20-25 minute video, it's not too bad.
Coffee just delivered to me in Ireland! Great service…looking forward to enjoying all three coffees

@TimWendelboeCoffee thanks for the reply. The water here is also incredibly soft so hopefully that's one less thing to think about, cheers!
Bring back Olivia!!

@j.e.j.4641 there is more in the video than on the page. Be a little bit more empathetic and including please
