I know they both had great chemistry together the audience I know for a fact that They both were actually father and daughter like Castle said “A father would do anything for his daughter”
I'll never buy the "Nathan was a bully to Stana on set" rumors. I have a feeling that there was a falling out between the 2, but it wasn't all Nathan's fault, nor was it all Stana's fault. And it happens, unfortunately. 8 years is a LONG time for a TV show too. Especially nowadays. They should've ended the show 2 years prior.
No doubt after eight years even the best of work relationships will be stained and I find it very hard to believe Fillion is the monster some say he is. Maybe if there will be a reunion in the future, the mood will be that of nostalgia.
Exactly. The viewership went downhill after season 6 and so did the series. Stana Katic was so big a star by then and the show runners probably couldn't afford to keep her with the falling ratings. If only they ended the series by season 6 on a happy note with their wedding instead of pulling that whole kidnap fiasco. The show was going so beautifully until then.
Given how much love and respect Nathan has from so many people in the business, I have a really hard time believing he was as the rumours said. It just doesn't jive with the person he seems to be. Did he and Stana having a falling out? Hard to say. I think people read too much into her going year to year with contracts after season 6. If Marlowe had stayed with the show beyond season six I think it would have continued to be as good as it was. If anything her reluctance may have been a result of the show-runner change. I don't think there's any doubt he was much more interested in continuing than she was, and maybe that's where the tension - if there was any - resided.
Castle got ended because Nathan and Stana used to date and when Nathan went on set she would work off and when Stana went on set Nathan walk off as there relationship ended badly
I totally agree with you. Yeah maybe in end, after many years to work together, they was on the nerve of each other, like other TV show couple. I think that with showrunners's change is changed something in bad. If Nathan were those monster I don't think that nobody of this cast was gonna agree to continue castle without stana. Loved this show and I will love it forever! The chemistry and relationship between Castle and Beckett was amazing. It made the whole show actually. No matter what others say, I didn’t notice any conflicts between the actresses when they played their role. And that’s how it should be. They are amazing at what they do and I couldn’t imagine a better actress for acting as Beckett and castle. I also love the rookie a lot!! Can’t wait for the next season 🎉
I love how genuine he is in interviews. He seems to have no ego, very relax and not self-conscient of himself. I love all the seasons of Castle, some better than others, and S8 allowed us to witness additional very intense love moments between Castle and Beckett. The show was not about Castle or Beckett, it is about both, as it is their love story.
