Thanks for the info. My friend is currently having cmv encephalitis treatment. He felt something like stroke he couldn't move his half body, he couldn't talk even if he knows what to say. He only produce sound like ahhhhh. He had a coma for 2days. His brain become slow and his left eye is blury . It's like there's delay when he response. It also affects his eyes left eye is blury. Hoping he will get well soon. Medicine is so expensive in hospitals so we waited for the generic the valganciclovir from India.

I lost my nephew on Dec 04/23 due to viral encephalitis, he was only 20 years old, Dr tried everything, he was on bed more than 14 months His weight decrease 59 to 25 at the time of dearh 😢😢😢😢 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢very painful
Sir my son 2 years old has encephalopathy caused measles virus. 1 Month ago he in coma about 7 days. Now, he can't eat normally still using NGT and just laydown in the bed. MRI is normal but in EEG is abnormal. Please advice how to treat my son? Is it correct just do the physiotherapy?
My father asish sengupta age 74 y have herpes zoster virus on 28-mar 23 on right torso region but he do not tell any pain fever mild itching.then he get complicated on 5 Apr walking tilted on backwards and poor condination and frequent confusion.also urine incontinence and increase blood sugar on CBG test 220 then he slowly going to walking problem and 1-7 April do not have any bowel movement under uae of laxative.then he have low sodium levels and high BP on 1 may with confused state and admit to ruby hospital Kolkata my father have several disease Parkinson disease ,AF,hypo thyroid,bhp,htn,type 2dm, now he was still not fully recovered what to do dr please help me and guide me
Sir can I have a reply, I suffered dengue fever last year at the end of September but till then I have developed a rare psychological condition where my weight is dropping and I have feeling or numbness or tingling in the centre of my head plus I am intolerant to noise However I am on medication I am naming these one is tryptanol 50mg and other one is SNRI SR. It's been one month that I am using these tablets so far what I have noticed is that my tingling or numbness on head is pretty much better and I am somehow tolerant to noise so far. But I doubt if I stop using medicine these symptoms will come back so I want to know what test should I perform on myself to detect the actual cause and reason? Also if you are in Lahore and serving humanity as a doctor I wish to meet you. I am waiting to hear back from you ?
