Thank you! I appreciated hearing this today. It’s really not that easy or quick to change because of the programming. Ceremony helps me n an alchemical level though. Energy flows where attention goes is a popular quote…also mind over matter. I've seen on tiktok a 80 year old man talking about positive manifestation. Why he doesn't manifest youth? 🤔
Because he’s going to manifest what HE wants, not what you want for him. Why do you assume he should want youth? Perfect health is what we should want. Youth doesn’t mean to him what it means to you. He’s probably happy being old.
