Have you upgrade any of your hero’s and expanded the skill trees that makes you gameplay much more fun. Some people dont even know iron man can switch between Pulsars ,Rockets, and lasers
Just got it for 20 bucks.. Worth every penny but I can also see why some people were hating on it.. The grind is not for everybody and the gameplay loop outside of the story isn't the best.. But if you are an Avengers fan and it's on sale I say get it! Especially if you have friends to play with you.. However I wouldn't pay full price for it unless you are a die hard avengers fanboy and well.. if you are I am sure you got it on release so... yeah... 6/10... up to a 7 if you are a fan...
It’s a good game, not great and definitely above average. It definitely requires a grind to get the most out of any hero you want or all of them. When you do, it’s quite great actually. There will be times where you’ll literally be like, wow I’m playing as the god damned avengers, when you hit your combos and you see the other heroes doing their thang. (It takes time to get to this level) The micro transactions are still ridiculous, especially if you want a certain skin and there can be repetitive missions that will be monotonous after a few hours of straight gameplay. Some pros and cons. Overall I think it’s a good game, definitely worth it at a decent discount/ gamepass
Story is decent, combat is fun, voice acting is good, but man levels and and enemy design is where game really failed. whole game should've been like that 1st A Day Level 🔥
If you have a PS5 this game has AMAZING value @ $20 (or less). It looks and runs very well @ 60fps and above average visuals. 4 campaigns, 9 characters and Spider-Man all for free. It's not goty but it's not the worse game ever as some would have you believe
Yeah I can agree with that. I actually had fun with most of the campaign and the multiplayer. I paid $15 for Black Friday and felt that was a great value. I got my moneys worth of entertainment.
My biggest complaint about this game is the overly complex mess of a menu system this game has. It really ruins the gameplay in my opinion. Its a decent game, just not a great game. Worth no more than 15 to $20 bucks IMO.
Imagine if this game was focused on one hero. Marvels Iron-man that focused on an Iron man origin story. just like a Batman game, you interact with other Avengers in the Avengers tower, with some of them playable as Co op just like Batman, Robin, Catwoman and Nightwing. A compelling Ironman open world story about how he became Ironman and then trying to fight AIM or Hammer whatever. Instead of copying other great SUPER HERO GAMES, Square enix/Crystal dynamics decides to copy DESTINY and they didnt even copy it well, neglecting the good parts of Destiny and copying all the terrible parts of it. This game especially with the HYPE and success of MCU and the sacrifice of IRONMAN 3000 should have been the greatest Super Hero game out there. But greed made them miss the opportunity. Its fun playing as Ironman in this game but greed overshadowed all the good parts of the game.
Got it for 10 bucks at gamestop Brand new loved it . Wouldn't pay 60 but for 10 bucks worth it.

You can get some costumes I figured it out when I picked it up a couple days ago it looks like they are slowly trying to add non pay skins.

You have to do the "free" character cards and earn credits to buy more cards and skins. Only way outside of being a whale...
