Or print up around the nut and program a pause into the print for nut insertion, then finish and lock nut inside the part entirely. T Nuts or heat-set nuts can also be accommodated. i print them the other way up. so supprt is generated on the unseen suface. this gives you a better finish top side with ironing on.
plus looks like your first layer height is not squashed enough.
