To create something completely new she began by brightening up her client with a full highlight using BlondorPlex mixing in a combination of stitch weaves and thin slices to give a sunkissed effect. After letting the foils develop for 45 minutes she did a shadow root with Koleson Perfect Color. Kolesten Perfect is Wella Professionals purest permanent hair color which makes it ideal to brighten up any base and cover any delicate grays. Samantha then used Color Touch Demi-Permanent Color to create a cool tone highlight. By adding warmth to the base and coolness to the ends, you can create the perfect silky beige finish!

Please tell me, did you apply 7/0 and 8/0+ 1.9% to the root after you applied the powder, between the foil?

Did you put it on the root, between the foil and stood for 45 minutes? Or did they soak the powder for 45 minutes, then washed off and applied a coleston perfect dye to the root and after 15 minutes applied a tinting dye Color touch and for 30 minutes?
