As a vacuum collector that has used many brands over the years older style Bagless Bissells are definitely not vacuum cleaners I would recommend for anyone in my opinion, and this is coming from a vacuum collector that has collected many vacuums over the years.
I love the Bissell. Vacuum. Can you use it in my request video? I've been kind of. down lately. I can't go into details of why, but I could really use it. I would really appreciate it.

Use an electric leaf blower to dry the inner filter. It dries rapidly and it will not smell bad.
Works better if you recently replaced the Inner circular filter.
