00:00- 2:05 - How most candidates make the same mistakes and why it's bad
This is one of the best trade-off question videos that I have ever found! Thank you, Dianna :)
I have to say Dianna, your videos are worth more than a 100 hours of Exponent or any other preparation tool combined. Well done ! Keep it up!
Thank you!! Will be launching an official course that is even better than these videos so stay tuned!
Please explain with answers too.
This seems to contradict the earlier video on the framework to answer tradeoff questions. In the earlier video you went into the metrics of the actual products/features as part of the tradeoff. Then you identify the common metrics - number of social interactions and posts created. I believe going through the product and listing the metrics is a step to identify the common unifying metrics
So incredibly helpful!! Thank you for making this!
What are different product categories we have to keep in mind or what are the most tackled product categories that we have to learn?
Hey Dianna, your videos have helped me a lot. I would like to understand a typical behavior I have realised. When I conduct A/B test or conduct Beta, the feature looks really succesful but when we go GA it again falls back to same level. I have my doubts on the sample we choose to rollout and tried my best to diversify it to be well represented but have been seeing it for almost all features I have released in past. Any thoughts on how to tackle this?

Thank you for your videos! I have watched all of them, you break down complexity expertly. One question recently came up that I am unable to fit into your trade-off framework: You are the PM for Facebook live - what features would you prioritise? I am now super concerned that this is the one that will come up and I dont have your valuable structure to break it down!
Are you able to share the framework that you would use to answer this? Thanks for your help in advance Dianna :D
High level, I would follow something similar to what Dianna describes:
1. Product rationale
2. NSM, strategies to grow NSM and some key metrics
3. Prioritize on the basis of impact to NSM (magnitude of impact x coverage of user base / effort)
