AUTOBAHN DRIVE by Michi
The German Autobahn has no speed limit but you should not race on it! Obey the rules and respect other drivers. Driven by an experienced Driver
Seems pretty quiet compared to other/older Dacias
its only quiet at autobahn if you putt lot of cheese in ears or if you are deaf
Thanks mate! Happy to have tagged along!
I really like this car, the EV mode works as standard (provided there is enough juice) up to 50?
I thought the cabin noise wasn't that bad, of what the mic picked up; or was it deafening for you?
The 0 to 100 is more than good enough for me, and the 160 max seems adequate as well! Up to 150 it seems no problem and the last 10-15km/h are a bit of a struggle but not an issue for me at all. In Holland we are returning to pre-130 speeds anyway so anything above that is simply greedy ;-)
Just fast enough. And no extra money for useless HP no one uses.
How is the fuel consumption?
Like 4 liters at 100 km
@@marioatv07That's amazing!
@@theanswer1993 if you drive just on autobahn the consumption will be 15%
@@marioatv07not a chance
Ca me plait bien.
150 is more than the highway limit where i live. Definitely sold on this car, seems a bit quiet however
This video is very helpful. It behaves like an old-fashioned 4-cylinder petrol with 90hp on the Autobahn, which makes sense since the battery can't continuously support the petrol engine. No review I watched told about this! I'll consider the Tce 110 instead.
Thank you for this video! Interesting ride. This car is already quite loud from inside, isn´t it?
Yes inside 👍
Nice car. Fuel economy on the Autobahn is of course crap as expected.
How far can the car actually go on EV mode?
What do you think about the car?

Very few traffic signs compared to the UK, good roads and yes a good car for the money.
Well, this car is surely a good car, but not made for the German autobahn.
You can ignore the unlimited speed(made for the freaks from Germany) and drive like a normal person.
@@ocsikke Well, I am a "freak from Germany", but I don't know, if I "drive like a normal person", whatever that means.
@@SuperKhaus You germans are not balanced. Its Unlimited vs Stau. In my opinion normal means 130 like in the rest of the world. I am saying this without hate, but it seems that you germans aren't more special than other people. Your car industry was the best in the70's, 80's, maybe 90's, but not anymore.
@@ocsikkeI think more than 90% of the autobahn drivers are not driving faster than 130 , and it's a big difference between autobahn at the countryside or in or nearby big cities.
More and more parts are limited.
I'm driving 120 with speed limiter, and my diesel then only needs 4,5 litres each 100km. I'm a car salesman for about 25 years now, and I'm driving 2 Kia Diesel. Even if I could afford German cars, I don't see a reason to buy them for me. I don't need "image" and "prestige", and I don't need hundreds of hp.
I think, German traffic is more different then you mean, and I'm driving here for 27 years now.
I also know there are a lot of mentally ill people on our roads, therefore I use dash cams.
@@ocsikke And, by the way, Merry Christmas! ;)
The main reason to buy this is its an automatic, we had the standard petrol and very happy with it but just purchased an auto as we normally drive autos.
How big ist the trunk inside?
600 liters if it's the 5 seat version.
@@junethefirstno it's 700l on a 5 seater. It's 600 if you have the third row but the seats are folded.
God it's noisy but some naturally aspirated enthusiasts might like that.
Its difficult to understand, but is this too noisy or its okey . Someone with personal experience to share please . I want to understand the engine, because i am interested about new Dacia Duster Hybrid basically with same engine
Me too. I cannot tell if the transmission is a CVT or with gears...
@@sebastiandlt9514 no gears. and will consume 15% on highway

Do you think this car would be appropriate to tow a caravan under 750kg on holiday? .thank you for the test
You should probably never tow a caravan with a hybrid engine car. It puts a lot of unnecessary strain on the EV part.
Is it only me or this automatic gearbox simply sucks. It has now kickdown, bad gear ratio, slow. The engine is crying out loud while doing ,,stagering'' 155 kilometer per hour. This car should be more rigid with 140 ps.
L 'ho prenotata a metà maggio, mi verrà consegnata solo a fine anno! Spero ne valga la pena.
Ne è valsa la pena?
it seems to be quite noisy between 140/160 km/h but for city driving and extraurban would be ok
in the city and some extra road the consumption its 6 liter /100km ..pretty good for a 7 seats car
@@strexpillsever lower in city as it will mostly use the electric motor 75% of the time
I owned the first model of Logan, a car built in 2005 with 75 hp and it had a declared maximum speed of 163, I managed 165 on the autobahn..it's impossible that a car eith almost 2x the power has almost the same top speed, something is fishy
The 140hp of the jogger hybrid is the combined maximum power of the petrol and electric motor. The electric motor doesn't have gears and so a limited top speed of about 140km/h, faster than that it's just the 94hp petrol engine driving the wheels.
@@behinderin fact there is two gear for the electric motor and 4 for the ice. But I agree that the electric motor is not optimized for high speed... But it's not really a sport car 😅
What's fishy? Power does not mean top speed necessarily, it is a limit of the engine itself imposed by the manufacturer.
only? i was foing 180 with 1.1 engine..... for romanians is god
So much noise from engine isn’t it?
When I look at Dacia cockpit: FPS left chat
this junk cannot go more then 155kmh by speedometer ?? its so big junk then of vehicle and interior quality hmm!! i saw several Chinese brands like Cherry ,donfeng and others and they offer interior which are basically Rolls Rolls in compare what Dacia offers and pricing are around same
A car I would never drive beyond 100kph. One crash, and you are toast.
Your problem I guess you're just a bad driver.
@@theanswer1993 1993, If that is your birthyear and you still believe that your own driving skills will prevent you from other people's "driving skills", I can only, prophylactically, give you the same advice you gave me: Your own problem, cause if something happens, and it will, you won't even have the time to acknowledge that the this beautifully designed can on wheels, will squish and fold in milliseconds, and you with it.
@@Hanoitami No safety feature will save you from a huge accident. If people are so paranoid that they are willing to spend 30k and more for a piece of metal on wheels it's their problem. Some of us just need a good value car like the Jogger. And Jogger beats every car in the segment when it comes to boot space. When you can find me a car with the same boot space for 20k we can talk.
@@theanswer1993 Good lord. 30k? Never. Why is only the bootspace important if you want a decent value car? What about comfort, leg space, overall flexibility ? I own a Suzuki Vitara mini SUV. 5 stars NCAP. Still. Cost me 15 grand. Can go wherever I want. If I need a big boot, I'll use a Sprinter.
"No safety feature will safe you from a huge crash"
The point of these features is to prevent what is beyond your control which you so arrogantly claim to have with your car (or maybe any car?) Rest assured , you will understand one day the limits of a human body, and be thankfull to a few chips and a few more millimeters of steel around you.
@@Hanoitami SUVs are a waste of money. Huge cars and only 375 liters of boot space. This is crazy low. Dacia Spring which is the smallest Dacia car already has 300 liters of boot space. And yes what you can fit in the car is the most important thing besides the price. When you go on vacation with a family you care how much you can put in and not how many stars the car got on NCAP.
Very slow. My 122HP drive easy 210km/h
My 70hp VW Polo was much faster and quiter. 14 years ago
Your VW Polo doesn't have 7 seats, has a prehistoric ABS & EBV, and most probably pollutes much more.
Your VW Polo is also a death trap in comparison 🤷♂️
? What conditions?
Your polo is junk
Same for my 55hp VW Up! 10 years ago
Very slow
Do NOT buy this car...after 1 year manny problems.
Like?
@@JMB1891 like his stupid brain, that car appeared less than a year ago
This .model has not been out for a year . Its the new hybrid based in the Renault model
Reading your comment is like reading chinese directly! Your trying, but you still form "sentences" like in your primitive Mandarin language, troll!
Dacia is 100% Renault underpinnings, and it's reliability has been proven for 20 years already, since the first Logan.
And if you need a huge family car, you can't beet the Jogger at this price! Not to mention you'de be hard pressed to find other 7-seater models!
Don't mind him he's a Romanian who thinks Dacia is still some Romanian garbage car 😅@@ammej768
