I keep laughing at the stupidity of that road rage.
9:11 yes a mistake was made, but other than that, exemplary behavior from the cammer's part imo. Glad to see there are still people out there who know to not engage in road rage.
Agreed. You should NEVER react like that if you're cut off.
I agree but I Wonder how you Can "accidentaly" cut someone when you have a yield sign being in a merde lane with some mirrors and shoulder to check???
@@jean-lucmartinez6846It doesn't matter how the mistake was made. It may just have been a judgment error; perhaps the rager was coming up faster than the cammer was expecting. What I want to know is how to convey an apology if I do make such a mistake. It might not help with ragers, but perhaps it would take the edge off of ordinary drivers' annoyance.
@jean-lucmartinez6846 Same way any person has a lapse in judgment. We're all human beings here, we all make mistakes.
This takes place on I-495 Outer loop Braddock Rd entrance in Annandale, VA. This are can be really busy with drivers doing all kinds of stupid.

@@Javier-ss7jg Right? That's the thing that dives me the most nuts on these videos: the people who refuse to do anything to avoid an accident because "they're in the right". 1:04 I don't get people who stop in the middle of the highway when they break down. like, even if your car shuts off on you, you should still coast onto the shoulder instead of just stopping in the middle of the road
Its very likely the car suddenly stalled, and they just couldn't get over in time due to all the heavy traffic, so they chose to block only one lane rather than 2 or 3. Part of why I believe having shoulders on the left side is very important.

6:43 paranoia really seems typical of a tesla driver huh. Rather sit in your high tech box tilted 45 degrees in a ditch than try to talk to strangers
Didn't even try to call police to be able to get it out. How anyone could be that scared outside a city is wild.
Seems high tech was not installed in that specific box when it ended up like that lol
The driver was probably drunk off his ass and didn't want to get caught. Rather just sit in the car until he's sober to get help so they can't prove he was drunk at the time of the incident.
To be fair, are we sure the Telsa didn't just lock him inside, like usual?
@@Sohcahtoa82 That's a very real possibility. Decided to sober up and get help later rather than get help immediately and have the police smell alcohol on his breath.
11:02
Knowing he's going to brake check, plan to accelerate and dart into the next lane to go around him. Makes them so mad!
Can we stop calling it an "accident" when someone is deliberately trying to cause a crash? It's literally the exact opposite of an accident.
They must be drunk
I got into a purpose
But they weren't. A brake checker is trying to intimidate, not actually cause a crash. (You meant the brake checking Lexus, right?)
Every cammer in these videos: "Look at this guy swerving and using his turn lights as a toy! Unbelievable. Now watch as I pull up right beside them and tempt fate."
Watching them pass in the lane next to them in the one clip I was thinking _I would be in the far left lane if I were them_
1:30 The pedestrian was visible in the footage. But they were in front of the black car and heading toward the right, so no reason for the white car to stop. Also, the Tesla reacted slowly, sure... But the cammer reacted EVEN SLOWER...
@@NoReply28 when I slowed it down, it looked like the pedestrian had sprinted that last bit on the crosswalk 😂 I would’ve too, idk why people cross against traffic
Good catch!
That was not a pedestrian crossing the street. They are not seen crossing the street at all. They are only seen on the sidewalk meaning they were waiting for the light to turn or were just walking on the sidewalk. Perhaps the white car was just lying.
If you pause the video at 1:22 or 1:23 you are able to see him leaping away from the accident in the far right of the screen.
How paranoid do you have to be to sit for five hours in an electric car with its front end in a ditch waiting for people hundreds of miles away to rescue you instead of, you know, getting out and seeking help? Or even calling a local mechanic! Tesla owners sure are different.
The same kind of people who think Elon Musk is a genius...
The guy that calls himself my dad would do that, and he drives a full cab 8 ft bed pickup. It'd be a diesel if he had more money. Anyone that would give Elon any more money sure is different, though, won't argue that one.

2:50 how can so many people be driving on the wrong side of the ROAD?!?
After dark, some people get confused, especially if they have older eyes or are under the influence. I saw my father do that once, though he fixed it promptly, so my guess is that sustained wrong-way driving usually means drugs or drink. (Dad stopped driving after dark shortly after this incident.)
In my area, every case involved alcohol or prescription drugs.

1:20 I can confirm that pedestrians jaywalk like this all the time in Hillsboro, on this road in particular. It's horrendous. Still not a great look on the cammer for approaching at full speed with brake lights present in front of them.
2:42 He shouldn't have gone at all because that's not how the rules of the road work anywhere. It's clear = you go. There's traffic = you wait. a maximum 2 minutes in time savings isn't worth a wreck.
Especially in a Jaguar, be careful!!!
2:33 did anyone else notice he is in the bike lane
I was wondering that as well! Of course, the guy still shouldn't have turned, because the same thing could've happened to someone on a bike
2:00 DISTRACTIBLE 😱❤️😱❤️😱
Lexus driver at 10:12 is the biggest loser I’ve seen in a while 😂
Yup, cybertrucks are ugly from just about any angle.
1:20 Why is it so many drivers think they're running NASCAR and instead of slowing down for traffic situations like idiots stopping unexpectedly in a travel lane, they try to slip through a gap without lifting like it's Days of Thunder? Consider this dude who overwhelming deserved his part of this easily avoidable accident.
stopping is one way to avoid an accident but it takes distance, like what those posters in the tire shops said about stopping distance. pay attention to the tesla up in the middle for instance. cause he tried to stop, but those cars are really heavy of course cause its electric. and all that weight gives its tires a longer stopping distance than the chevy in front of him. dodging takes much less distance but you can only do it if you keep that speed on you, cause speed gives you more rotation power. the tesla tried that at the end, but lost too much speed so he hit the chevy anyway.
the camera car had no way to see what was happening until the tesla hit the chevy, and that gave him less time to stop himself, so his only option was to also dodge and squeeze the gap. and he kept enough speed so he had no problem getting through that gap, other than the flying car parts he hit while dodging.
i had a close call i avoided by dodging once, and i also had a close call turn into a extra close call by not dodging.
@@rabbitdrink Since ABS there really is zero reason to not hit the brakes hard, as you can still manoeuvre and slowing down gives you more time to react and reduces collision speed if you can't completely avoid hitting something and in some situations you can even avoid having to squeeze through a gap. It's a win win win with basically no downside.
@@alexanderhetzel8271 you can maneuver but you need those speeds to rotate the car
@@alexanderhetzel8271 Depending on the speed even with ABS you could still lose control of the car while it is slowing down.
@@GeorgeMonet Sure, with really shitty road conditions, you can't beat physics. But every bit of speed you dropped while braking improves your chances of keeping your car under control and reduces forces in case you do crash.
1:40 good evasive maneuvers
Not only is the cammer @1:20 a moron for not slowing down, but he left the scene of an accident he was involved in.

You can see the jaywalker if you freeze the video at 1:22. He's wearing a blue hoodie and khaki pants, and he's running across the sidewalk on the right edge of the screen. He should be held partly responsible for this mess as he crossed on a red.
Wow, that's a tough catch. I see him now.
But you don't see him crossing the street. The fact that there is a pedestrian on the sidewalk does not mean that there was a pedestrian crossing the street.
0:48 if you don't have ABS, you need skill. This driver lacks both AND their front brakes/tyres are also WAY overdue! The rear wheels should never lock up in an emergency braking maneuver, the front wheels should have more stopping power and be the only ones that _can_ lock up! Or was they dumb enough to pull the handbrake? But that should also have much less braking power than the front brakes!
0:58 HOW do you even stall a car on the highway?!! 🤯 And why? A Ford Mustang doesn't need such encouragement to go in the ditch! Their yearn to grase on the meadows, it's their natural habitat! 😂
1:16 cam driver has the reaction time of a sloth. A dead one at that! 🥶
2:04 the roads got a little bit safer that day! Just hope they were alone in the car.
0:48 The speed and degree in which that truck spun out seems like the e-brake was used, but I would be shocked if that truck had one in the form of a lever. So either the driver managed to spin out that way in stunt-driver-like fashion or actually pushed the e-brake pedal/lever near the pedals as if it was an “emergency” brake. I hope that (90s Silverado?) didn’t get salvaged cause of that.
0:58 I completely agree, just stopping in the left-hand lane on the freeway is ludicrous, but there are more plausible reasons that could happen than stalling due to engine and tranny timing issues. Running out of gas, engine overheating, faulty alternator, timing belt breaking, to name a few. Regardless, no attempt to get to the right side look seems to have been made.
1:42 The guy is listening to August the Duck lol
1:20 IS THAT AUGUST THE DUCK!?
The clip with the black car being waved on and causing an accident really shows the importance of "Don't be nice. Be predictable." when it comes to driving.
Road conditions play a big role in avoiding major crashes.
Stop waving people through across traffic! If they are getting into your lane fine but waving them to cross traffic is NOT ok. You don't have the right to wave them through FOR EVERYBODY ON THE ROAD. they want to get in front of you that's fine but to cross traffic you're not being polite waving them through. You might let them in but that says nothing about everyone else. and those that get waved through STOP AND WAIT! This is the wave of death it is not being polite or nice. You will cause an accident.
On multi-lane roads with congestion I will block driveways and non-signaled turn lanes that I happen to be at specifically to prevent that. You can't block an intersection, but you generally are allowed to temporarily block driveways during heavy traffic and that does include marked turn lanes that aren't entering another street.
2:40 or...you should never take the suicide gap and flip off those who are leaving it. they're the instigators.
