With the extraction issues I’d check your optics screw on the right side. If the screw is too long it will interfere with the extractor rod causing issues.
I bought an Oz9 hypercomp this year, and it's a great pistol. It's ate everything I've fed it. From cheap tula, wolf, Winchester whitebox, blazer brass, federal hst, gorilla ammo, and defiant munitions. So, mine has been just as reliable as my G19. As far as a recoil, I don't have any compensated pistols, so I really can't speak to that. Overall, I love mine. If you're not feeling it, sell in and get one you do.
@@CatastrophicMalfunction I’m confident that it will solve your problems. Honest Outlaw mentioned the same thing in one of his videos. I had ~10% FTE rate with ZEV extractor. Zero issues so far with Glock.
The sealing plate is unnecessary with the SRO. Those are for the RMR. If you think the steel chasis OZ9 is 'flippy' then your grip isn't good enough that you are getting the most out of your comped guns either.

I’ll take a look. Thank you!
Could definitely be slightly dragging against the extractor. Easiest way is take the optic off and see if you have any malfunctions.
I had the same issue on my custom oz9. Just had to grind a couple threads off the end of the screw and it fixed the problem.

I had the same issue with extractor: replaced it with Glock OEM and it has been reliable since.
Just ordered a new extractor. We’ll see if that fixes the issue. Thank you for your suggestion.

I have had ZERO issues with my OZ9!! Almost 2 years without a glitch!
I wish I could say the same lol

I had the same FTE issues but after 500 rds, the problem seems went away. It is not worth $2K for sure.
What ammo are you using?
3 years and about 5k rounds on my OZ9 combat no issues.
I wish I could say the same with mine
Thanks for the warning.
Very informative 👏🏼
Thanks my guy
Get a compensated barrel and fix the extractor
Who makes compensators for it that I can buy in NY?
Raidian makes a comp that is 50 state legal.
@@scottsears5156 not for a Glock 17 length slide tho
Parker mountain machine
You're comparing it to compensated pistols. Apples to oranges.
It’s to bouncy because you didn’t get the wrist upgrades
The problem is your so used to shooting moded guns your fundementals are probably weak practice go to training
