Bruno is one of the best picks in the game. His price doesn't lie. His form has been premium since Ten Hag left and will only get better when Amorim comes in.
I am not saying he is a bad pick. I am just saying with 2 WC drafts I don't think he is nailed in both. I was also impressed by Ipswich defense vs Spurs. And except the next 2 games the fixtures arn't looking too great. We can't know for sure Amirom will deliver either. They beat Leicester twice, held the door vs Chelsea and now people think UTD are back. The pain the club has endured for over a decade is gone. I am just not sure United is back to a top club yet. I need to see more.
Both good WC drafts and better than others I’ve seen Andy. #2 is similar to where I can take my team with just a couple of tfrs (already wildcarded gw3) and that midfield is loaded, but I prefer having a mid-priced striker rather than taking all money out of the front line to such an extent - feels very exposed. Just more comfortable with a Havertz/Jackson/Isak in there alongside the budget options
Hi, my team is Sporting, Amorim is amazing, but it will be a big rotation for the wing backs, more defensive, more attacking, etc, all this makes the wing backs less attractive. Only if MU will buy Arnold🤣

Finally I had a monster week, sold Halaand and Mavdidi for Wissa and Bruno. Got 92 points n jumped from 918k to 222k. Now gotta hold bruno until 13 and swap for Palmer or Saka, not sure which one.?
I genuinely believe doubling up on any team defense wise is a mistake this season regardless of team Liverpool and Arsenal are clearly the best xg wise but still shipping goals, 1 from each of these plus a rotating pair of semi decent defense (Newcastle/Fulham/Brighton/Chelsea) with decent fixtures plus ait nouri is what im opting for

I have 2 free transfers. I have just enough money to go from Solanke to Joao Pedro and Dibling to Bruno Fernandes. If I don't do that I could either do Solanke to Isak and Dibling to Rogers to avoid playing Delap against MUN. I could alternatively just do Solanke to Isak and play Delap against MUN. What do I do?
Personally, for me the Draft 1 defense is too reliant on clean sheet. Clean sheets seem so much more difficult this season. No attacking potential for Konate, Van Hecke or Anderson. Can understand the no Haaland, but once KdB is back fully i think people will scramble to try and get him back if they sold him
Clean sheets are still more likely than attacking returns from defenders. Its something people struggle to get their heads round but there are very few defenders over the course of a season who will have more attacking returns than cleans. Porro, RAN, Leif Davis probably the only exceptions but its as much them being bad defences as good attacking options.
@Jim-gh6mr totally agree...defenders you're looking at 5 goals usually at most, maybe 8/9 if it's TAA, but a top defence can have 12 - 16 clean sheets
@ I replaced saka to get better defense cover. My mid is bruno, salah , mbueno (considered switching him instead) salah, Palmer. Currently 65 k rank . Saka / odegaard numbers aren’t that far apart but nobody mentions him
Forest and Bournemouth at home are fine, Wolves (a) is good too, Newcastle (h) not awful, and then after Liverpool it gets good again. You've got an absolutely nailed player during fixture congestion on pens with decent stats at a nice price. There aren't many better midfielders for his price or lower.

I don't understand the obsession with Joao Pedro. Yes, he may have historic XG but he is injury-prone and though, explosive, is inconsistent. Welbeck is a proven, consistent performer and I can't see him being benched when he is Brighton's top scorer.
