Is it normal for the bottom of the foot to turn yellow when pressure is applied?
Surprisingly yes, mine do the same thing!
Yes, that can be normal. If you notice they stay yellow for an extended period of time, then contact your doctor.
Did it hurt your bunions when you massaged them?
It can be quite uncomfortable. Something that might help; you can try soaking your feet in hot water for 5-10 min before massaging.
You don’t have bunions though!
Thank you for your comment, I do have small ones starting to develop on both toes, I am hoping they don't get worse so I do these massages as a plan to slow the progression or stop it all together.
