The Reggia di Caserta (Royal Palace of Caserta) is a Baroque palace located in Caserta, in the Italian region of Campania. The building was commissioned by King Charles VII to serve as the administrative and court center of the new Kingdom of Naples, while also symbolizing royal power. The monarch wanted to provide the Bourbon-Two Sicilies Dynasty with a residence at the height of the Palace of Versailles.
O Reggia di Caserta (Palácio Real de Caserta) é um palácio barroco localizado em Caserta, na região italiana da Campânia. O edifício foi encomendado pelo rei Carlos VII para servir de centro administrativo e judicial do novo Reino de Nápoles, ao mesmo tempo que simboliza o poder real. O monarca queria dotar a Dinastia Bourbon-Duas Sicílias de uma residência no auge do Palácio de Versalhes.
