Discover Thirsty Fox's new Saison Ale by Oxenham

Have you tasted E.C. Oxenham's new Thirsty Fox beer? Saison Ale is a limited edition which is available for only a few months, pending another seasonal creation. Inspired by a Belgian farmer's beer, Saison Ale is made from yeast from Belgium and Viennese malt which gives it a slightly orange colour. Master brewer J.G. Finkeldey added a Mauritian touch by infusing orange peels during production, giving him lemony notes, and adding a touch of coriander. The result is a fresh and fruity beer, pleasant to the palate, very ghoulish.
