I am more of a "less is more" kind of guy and don't like a lot of the EXTRA features they keep adding to Headphones, In particular I cannot stand Touch controls, as I am constantly adjusting the cups on my ears as I move around, and therefore always accidently pausing or stopping my music by accidently touching the cups. Also other features like "auto tun on" or "on ear sensors" I can do without too. When it come to features all I want is sound quality, connectivity and codex, battery life, and comfort. anything else is just more things to go wrong or get in my way.
@@ho8327I’m realizing that “great” headphones are really higher in the price range. But we can’t forget that many do exist in the much lower range and that 240$ is really not cheap.
I'm exactly on the market for new headphones. One import point to not is that these headphones have 2 years of warranty. It's rarity these days. Even Sony MX5 gives you only 1 year warranty.
Looking at the frequency response alone, as sound quality is the most important factor, the Sennheisers. The sonys are bass cannons, nothing more, nothing less.
We found the clamping force comfortable on both the ACCENTUM and ACCENTUM Plus-they both feel pretty similar. However, we always recommend checking out the headphones in-store before you buy if you can! Hope this helps. Happy listening!
Thanks for putting these to the test! 🙏
watching this on accentum plus only 😅. they are great. you guys are awesome. ❤ german engineering.
@@rishabhkrm 🙏Thank you for the purchase! What kind of tunes do you listen to with them? Any good recommendations?
Long time Sennheiser fan here... You guys make the best sounding headphones, period.

@@sennheiser love your headphones, I had gsp600 and now i have Epos h6pro + gsx300, my gf is looking for Accentum wireless :)
I still use my 4.50 BT for last 5 years. Great quality sennheiser.
Solid review
Best ANC headphones for under $200? Beats Pro did not work that well. These better?

Sony xm4 allows you to disable/customize all of those features/settings
@@eduardomeza7279 Thank you for letting me know this, But can the touch controls be turned of permanently, or dose that reset when you next use them ?
I bought the Accentum on release and now feel kinda cheated by Sennheiser. I would have gladly gotten these instead if they existed at the time.
You were cheated mate!
Sennheiser should have released only one model - Accentum plus
Just buy the new ones swap in your old ones and return em…easy peasy
Same when I bought the iPhone 4, if I knew the iPhone 16 was coming out I would have got that instead. I was cheated!
My HD 440BT has lasted me 4.5 years. Sennheiser is so good.
They are some of the best sounding, always..
"only" 229.99 ???
Pretty low for audiophile standards, they’d consider $400-1000+ to be a desirable price range for good headphones

Only 200 now
Good review I guess, but he seems like he's annoyed the entire time.
i feel like id rather the phyiscal buttons. I just ordered the standard accentum and based on what ive seen i think ill just keep them
How are they? Thx!
@@Kingz73 Pretty nice, no complaints that come to mind. Battery life is just OK but i charge every night typically so not really an issue.
@@WarmupsLIVE Thank you my friend. 👍🏻
Silicon in headband for me is good because when use to workout they don't wear out

Good point
apparently sony xm4 and accentum plus in my country has a similar price, which one should i pick?

Thanks thanks thanks
always great news/reviews
How's the clamping force? I had to return my Accentum because of the insane clamping force. Loved the sound and ANC for the price point.

Can people around hear what you are listening to?
I can buy them for 150 euro. Is this a good choice for that price? Or better sony ult900n?
personally think these, because it’s a more flat sound profile which i prefer
This or 1000xm4?
these
