I'm a man and I watch videos like this to see what kind of advice women are being given. And I would say the advice in this video is better than most. I guess the only complaint I can think of is the way these questions are structured makes it sound like a corporate survey. But if you rephrase the questions to sound more normal then they are all good questions.
