Signal on the left: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights with WCH 2nd Generation LEDs and an NEG electronic bell.
Signal on the right: 3 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights with WCH 2nd Generation LEDs.
After I shot I025 in Chapel Hill, I decided to chase the train back into Alabama for some more shots of the heritage unit leading it. As such, I made my way back to I-65 as quickly as I could and raced on down the Interstate to Alabama, hopping-off at Thach for my next shot of it. Here we see CSX I025 with CSX 1899 leading it once again. As always, you can hear the Thach DD reading-out after this train has passed.
This crossing is still unchanged from when I last recorded it. No idea when the upgrade here will be done, but I suspect it'll be worked on after CSX gets the upgrade in Cullman completed.

Of course you’d see the PM unit before any of us on the old PM does 😭😂
Nice catch and crossing
Thanks!
I saw NS 4822 yesterday
These signals are still Gateless, right
I'd assume so. I ain't been here in a bit owing to the fact I'm currently over in North Carolina, nor have I visited it since this video.
