So many bikes to think about 😊. I just sold my M1000r and bought a new bike. 🎉 Recovering from knee replacement surgery, so no riding for a while. The R9T is nice but I think I liked my r1250r more.
Yes the new bike shopping bit is lots of fun! Ok so we can expect a walk around of your new soon then? (maybe not so much a walk around yet 😁) I do hope you heal up well and heal up quick! ❤
Gotta be the GT+, even comes with full luggage 😎 Interesting I have a 1250GS which is due to be replaced this year, but the new 1300GS looks like a cats arse so I won't be getting one of those. But I really like the look of the R9T Scrambler.
Yeah the Tracer would be the best choice for a road bike, but I kinda feel the same way about it as you do the 1300GS! Having said that I'd probably not take it on a trackday and the tracer means that I couldn't afford a track friendly bike as well. The scrambler looks lovely too though, so ive still got some thinking to do and it's all still up in the air!
Thanks for the suggestions! The MT10 is a naked and I want to steer away from naked for next big/fast bike. The S1000RR would be a pretty incredible thing to own though! Don't think I've ridden a Verys 650 before - I think I should aim to test ride all the contenders this year :)
Interesting & very eclectic range of bikes lol. I think you should test ride all the bikes you like (if you can get hold of them) & make a vid on each one & then do a final reveal vid. Although on paper surely it's got to the XR for you doesn't it?
Yeah I think test rides are next 🤔 The XR does seem the best option but it might lack a bit of low down torque... partly the reason I sold my S1000R a few years ago. Its a conundrum alright 😁
Your next bike could be an Aprilia Tuono V4? Would cover both the the touring & track day options. GSXR-750 is iconic. XSR900GP looks great, not sure of ownership practicality. Tracer is a bit... Uninspiring. I wanted one 4 years and was disappointed when i finally owned one. Im sure plenty of other people love theirs. I currently ride a Ninja 1000SX - bit boring but a fantastic machine. Will be interesting 2 c what u go 4. Enjoying the videos - keep it up 👍
The Tuono V4 is tempting for the sound alone! After owning two big/fast naked bikes in recent years, the plan for my next big bike is to have some wind protection from a fairing (unless the heart wins over the head... which is possible!). I've ridden the Tuono and it feels like a naked bike, despite the extra bodywork. Same goes for the Kawsaki ZH2. I haven't ridden the latest gen. of the Tracer yet and so the jury is out really until then. The Ninja 1000SX is an option, as is the GSX1000GT or GX, but the BMW S1000XR with low suspension would likely be a better option for me... unless the XR's handlebars are too wide to get the bike around the side of the house for parking! 😂

@@RikkyTangThank you! The Vid is filmed. Just can’t sit at the computer to edit yet 😂

Thanks for the content :-)
Is the Versys X smoother than the 390?
I owned the 390 but sold her as I couldn’t really get used to the vibrations
I would like to recommend the Kawasaki Versys 650 for long distance touring and for speed a Yamaha MT-10 or a BMW S1000RR.

The xr would be popular with me coz I have one and it’s a low suspension one 👍🏻
@@Dave-ym7eq OK that's one viewer guaranteed thanks 😁
I’m not sure the xr would fit down your side alley it’s quite wide at the top and also top heavy to move around
That's a good point... those handlebars look pretty wide! I'll take one out for a test ride and bring it home for a test fit 😀
