At 31:00 in, the two "cells" bounce off of each other but are still blobby. How did you achieve that, if the animation in Newton was originally made up of points? Great videos by the way, thank you!
Very good question and it's an extra step I should have mentioned. I have the first cel objects Magnetism (In the advanced tab) set to Repulsion so when they get close to the second cel they push away.
Convert your text to masks. Make a small circle shape. Then use the script Path Duplicator aescripts.com/path-duplicator/ - copy one of your text masks paths and paste it into the Path duplicator dialog, tell it how many copies of the circle you want to be distributed along the path and hit apply.
How do you exit Newton and make changes in animation and then go back in and have joints and stuf left in Newton? Like you do in 12:38? "Lets duck under this"? If Newton is open i cant get to comp unless i chose "Exit" and then everything in newton is gone next time i open it. What am i missing?
I will say watching the previews for the product on AE Scripts seeing the ballon I thought that Blob was going to be more like a soft body and not so much effort to get that effect. Not saying it's a bad thing I was just expecting something a little more user friendly.

How would one make circular shapes intersect with each other? I.e. making a ball pit, one wouldn't want all the balls to be touching side by side, you'd want them overlapping each other... But how?

I had the same problem, until I Reinstalled the wheel joint by clicking the car first, and then a first wheel, then a second...

Newton should remember, if not, save it before exiting out of newton and then reload when you go back in.
