the best way to solder 18650 battery are spot welder not solder iron excpet urgent situation.

I want to say, this is the VERY wrong way to solder the batteries. As battery separator and gasket is temperature sensitive, this may kill batteries without realizing the result. The correct is to spot weld the tab and solder on the tab.
