Haha! I can relate to finding things to enjoy while you’re in this journey...the lulls are reaaaal. But the progress is also addictive! You’re doing great so far, and love the channel name 😉
Great story, Trey! I hope you continue to document you journey and share other content because you're easy to listen to! I also studied abroad in college which made me take on more debt, but honestly so worth it. Our stories are fairly similar, but it sounds like you were smarter and purchased a used car at a good price AND didn't take on credit card debt lol It sounds like you'll definitely be debt free by June, does that feel real? Lol any plans to celebrate?
Leila!! Thanks so much for watching & commenting. I definitely plan to keep sharing - I have a video I'm uploading now on 2021 financial & life goals! Study abroad was AMAZING and I wouldn't trade it for anything, even the loans. Just one of those life experiences that you can't put money or a numerical value on, really. Happy to hear yours was just as great. Luckily my parents warned me to avoid credit card debt & advised me to buy used, so yeah looking back those are definite wins! As far as celebrating being debt-free, I'm planning a road trip to see my friend in Florida, possibly stopping in Savannah along the way. Any Georgia pitstop recs would be appreciated! Anyways, super excited to keep progressing together! Not many people our age are doing this, so it's awesome to be doing this alongside you! We got this
@@byenineto5226 I've honestly never been to Savannah! I live near Atlanta and I really like Piedmont Park and Ponce City Market/The Belt Line! Jekyll Island is also pretty cool, but may be out of your way.
You are a huge inspiration to me!!! Thank you so much!!!
Proud of you!! & thanks for sharing your story!
Thank you Natalie!!
