Had lunch at the restaurant last year. Amazing food and really love the authentic farm to table concept. I didn’t think I met any pigs there, just chickens and loads of herbs
Real Gaspaco is all the ingredirnts 'blitzed' together & old bread is added (for texture). As a younster i was in the top 3 hotels over time, (Claridge,Savoy, Berkeley) & the gaspacho was Never strained !!.
@@JohnDoe-ji8dq that’s amazing John. I bet we have more gluten free people these days that you didn’t have when you were in the savoy. The Berkeley is a beautiful hotel, I worked there under Marcus Wareing. He liked to modernise recipes too. Glad you enjoyed the video 👍
Spanish here gazpacho doesnt have paprika in it or parsley. Its missing the bread and garlic. gazpacho recipes: ua-cam.com/video/COjwToArWhc/v-deo.html&ab_channel=ELPA%C3%8DS ua-cam.com/video/idOKFJN9wtQ/v-deo.html&ab_channel=JamieOliver
@@maryp94 Hi Mary, great points. This isn’t a traditional recipe, hence the lovage & paprika. The recipe you shared shows tomato’s being boiled. Is this traditional?
Great video chef, what an awesome restaurant you've got.

I adore lovage, I'm so happy to see it being used!
Definitely going to have to make this at home, it looks fantastic.

The egg introduces a new allergy
@@JayIsPattingTheSunif you are allergic to egg I’d suggest leaving it out.
Man that looked refreshing. Question, why it a soup and not a drink?
@@mohammedmustafa3791 it’s traditionally a cold soup - but there is no reason why it can’t be a drink 👍
Interesting recipe. But the most impressive part of this whole video was how smoothly you tore that plastic wrap

"GesPAchiou"
El video dura 6 minutos y aun no he visto el gazpacho. Si no estas haciendo gazpacho no lo llames gazpacho / gaspatchio
Nice presentation, with good honest and helpful information. Jamie Oliver could take a few tips from from this. Thanks a lot.
