Another great Vlog!!! I was just curious, how do you stay on track with your macros when you were traveling? Do you not track or have you reversed dieted so Your maintenance calories are really high? I just wanted to know because I travel a lot and it’s really hard to count macros when you traveling. I personally have found that tracking at home consistently and eating mindfully and intuitively while traveling works fairly best for me, but I wanted to hear your thoughts on what you do!❤️
I don’t stay on track / pay much attention but I try to eat a decently balanced diet even while traveling! My maintenance is around 1900-2100 which gives me some wiggle room when traveling but it’s challenging for me to hit my protein when traveling!
No, that was good! I am trying to lose body fat right now, so I am in a deficit when I am at home and tracking macros. But when I go out of town, it’s really hard to do that. Specially when other people are making food for you so I just try to eat mindfully and balance too as well.
