We all know Michael is missed, but I have to say that I love seeing them perform and hearing some more of Jackie and Marlon. I was honestly impressed by Jackie in some of the other videos and the energy they have when they perform at their age. It's amazing. I always loved the energy Marlon has during his performances, but have always felt he's overlooked as a performer. You can tell he loves to dance and entertain.

I've been a fan of the Jackson 5 since the Motown days !! It's good to see them doing what they've been doing all their lives !! They've been using their vocal cords ever since they were babies and they're now almost 70 yrs old !! The Jacksons are so fantastic. Their performance is awesome. At their age makes them even greater. I love Michael, but in his later years he was not the same, not even his voice was the same. These same people who are speaking negative of the brothers also spoke negative of Michael when he was alive. Negative people will always be negative no matter who is on stage. really? actually i am not impressed. i guess its fine for their age - but i think its just kinda jarring to watch compared to when they were young. michael (if he was still alive *god bless him*) would have stopped performing before he got to this point. they just lost their magic and the one with black sparling shirt is just too overweight for a dancer. and the vocals are okay at best too.
I think it's good of them to do this. yeah, without Michael it really isn't the same, but it's such a nice way of showing respect and remembering their brother. The biggest let down for me to be honest, is that with just four of them, the stage doesn't look busy enough...why didn't Randy do this?

Good Afternoon. When the brothers left Motown, they worked on different projects outside the group. Marlon produced hits for their sister Janet and for Betty Wright. Plus he and his wife Carol worked with Barry White. Tito produced songs for their sisters Rebbie and LaToya. Jackie produced songs for many groups. After the Victory Tour, Epic Records informed the group that they wanted Michael to record another solo album and a few months later, Marlon called a family meeting to announce that he was leaving the group to pursue a solo career leaving Jackie, Tito, Jermaine and Randy to carry on. They did release one last album in 1989 before they disbanded to work on other projects and spend time with their families.

We all know Michael is missed, but I have to say that I love seeing them perform and hearing some more of Jackie and Marlon. I was honestly impressed by Jackie in some of the other videos and the energy they have when they perform at their age. It's amazing. I always loved the energy Marlon has during his performances, but have always felt he's overlooked as a performer. You can tell he loves to dance and entertain.

Michael losing steam in his older years doesn't mean he wasn't great. He was still killing it in his 40's. I love all the Jacksons but Michael was by far the best singer/dancer/entertainer in his family and it didn't matter what age he was.

Good Afternoon. When the brothers left Motown, they worked on different projects outside the group. Marlon produced hits for their sister Janet and for Betty Wright. Plus he and his wife Carol worked with Barry White. Tito produced songs for their sisters Rebbie and LaToya. Jackie produced songs for many groups. After the Victory Tour, Epic Records informed the group that they wanted Michael to record another solo album and a few months later, Marlon called a family meeting to announce that he was leaving the group to pursue a solo career leaving Jackie, Tito, Jermaine and Randy to carry on. They did release one last album in 1989 before they disbanded to work on other projects and spend time with their families.

Nuff said!!! The Jackson 5 as a whole gave that to us! And they as a whole back then broke huge barriers and gave us all they had! Gracious, funny, kind and intensely talented and devoted to the friends and fans NUFF SAID!!!!!!
We know that Queen is not the same without Freddie, INXS without Michael Huchence, Kool and the Gang without JT Taylor. And of course that Jacksons concert is not the same without Michael BUT I'm glad to see them to sing and dance 'cause their life is entertaining and MUSIC too. And I prefer that they sing the solo not a somebody from outside. It's family thing. They are 60+ (closer to 70), RESPECT for them. I wait to see them in August. (I love Michael and I know I will cry a little bit BUT at the same time I am happy to see the legendary Jacksons.)
