Oh man, you gotta finish that asap lol I'll admit, I couldn't do it sober haha. Had to have a few drinks to get through the lotus/damien pre-Q. But the value you get is definitely worth it. Not to mention, you only need to do it once on your account!
I think your video is far too forgiving about the exp nerfs, they will not affects newcomers as badly but they will massively suck. Less incentive for farming means less nodes, at higher levels (270+) the exp nerf will be absolutely cancerous, most dailies only give exp to 1 char so nvm ppl with multi mains every1 gonna get screwed some just a lot worse. Maybe I'm just speaking this way cause I reached 275 yesterday and it was such a long and horrible grind by God I pity ppl that will try to go past 260 post newage lol
Though I respect the honesty on the severity of the exp nerfs, it's not an agenda I have to bring a dooming opinion about a change in the game that doesn't necessarily kill the game altogether. Yes, it is a bad nerf. Yes, I disagree with the change. Yes, I wish it wouldn't go through. I'm with you in the opinion that it is hot garbage. I refuse to be negative about something that isn't going to change because I complained about it on a UA-cam video that Nexon won't give a shit about. Complaining without action is purely spewing words for the sake of complaining. I'd rather look at ways to fix, circumvent, adjust to, or resolve a problem if I'm going to complain. Sadly, our opinions do not matter to Nexon so I'll leave it as "exp nerf bad".
@@uncappedgames5200 no need to be a dick about it, but I agree with your other comment well thought out congrats on the great point of view; imma try to think like that as well
Casual people really gonna get screw up compare to veteran. New casual people gonna reach high lvl asap like 260 with gear massive behind. They don't grind a lot thanks massive exp daily buff thus no income/ nodestone (the most important stuff). Without nodestone you can't make bossing mules to generate weekly mesos and on top of that, there is no guarantee you gonna max out all skills on your main character by the time you reach 260 consider you need some of them to max out for 6th job.
I dont see how its a screw up, you can always stop leveling and work on your gears & ultilities instead. They are called casual players because they are ok with progressing in a casual speed. Exp curve reduction means nothing but an overall buff to all maplers. Free 260 = free damage, region unlocked that gives out free damage and more accessible dailies. Its not like rushing to get sixth job maxed out is what they want because its not a temporary content. Remember when 5th job and arcane river were first released? its the same, new content = massive time gated and it will be eased up overtime.
@@memequeenXD why you compare 283 to 260? Since hyperburn, I saw a lot 250 new player don't even have dmg to solo normal lucid. You think high level = equal more stats and give more dmg. I went from 57k to 61k (mainly from symbol increase and double prime) the damage increase is not that huge. End of the day sf > stats . On top with everything being gated, it will take a while to have decent dmg against bosses. If you are casual or seasonal, it takes even more time
@@OsmosisMaplebut why does high level = bad? mobs will be easier to kill with the update so they won’t need insane gear to kill mobs at the higher levels. like they’re saying, they get free damage from being 6th job so they will be a lot closer to boss requirements with less optimal gear.
I'm glad they finally realized they were cock blocking their own income by making things so annoying for the casual fanbase.
Me watching: ooo thats pretty good for the faster level ups
*Me still on act2 of lotus pre-Q because im lazy*

It feels like they made reaching 260 super easy, but being a real 260+ (hlomein+ solo) a lot lot more difficult

This exactly
I mean I am 283 right now with 17* arcanes.
Half of my gear is 22/21* other half is 17*
Levels > gear right now
